HE AQUÍ que todas estas cosas han visto mis ojos, y oído y entendido de por sí mis oídos.
Lo, mine eye hath seen all this, mine ear hath heard and understood it.
“Behold, my eye has seen all this. My ear has heard and understood it.
O que vós sabeis, também sei; não sou inferior a vós.
Como vosotros lo sabéis, lo sé yo; no soy menos que vosotros.
What ye know, the same do I know also: I am not inferior unto you.
What you know, I know also. I am not inferior to you.
No entanto, eu preferiria falar com o Todo Poderoso; desejo a razão diante de Deus.
Mas yo hablaría con el Todopoderoso, y querría razonar con Dios.
Surely I would speak to the Almighty, and I desire to reason with God.

Mas vós mascarais a verdade com mentiras; vós sois médicos sem valor.

Ó, que vós pudésseis permanecer em silêncio! Assim, passaríeis por sábios.
Ojalá callarais del todo, porque os fuera sabiduría.
O that ye would altogether hold your peace! and it should be your wisdom.

Ouvi agora a minha defesa; escutai os argumentos dos meus próprios lábios.

Vós falareis injustamente para Deus e direis mentiras a Ele?
¿Habéis de hablar iniquidad por Dios? ¿habéis de hablar por él engaño?
Will ye speak wickedly for God? and talk deceitfully for him?
Will you speak unrighteously for God, and talk deceitfully for him?
Vós poderíeis mostrar bondade a Ele? Poderíeis realmente argumentar no tribunal como advogados de Deus?
¿Habéis de hacer acepción de su persona? ¿habéis de pleitear vosotros por Dios?
Will ye accept his person? will ye contend for God?
Will you show partiality to him? Will you contend for God?
Seria realmente bom para vós se Ele vos examinasse? Poderíeis enganar Deus como se enganam homens?
¿Sería bueno que él os escudriñase? ¿os burlaréis de él como quien se burla de algún hombre?
Is it good that he should search you out? or as one man mocketh another, do ye so mock him?
Is it good that he should search you out? Or as one deceives a man, will you deceive him?
Ele certamente vos reprovaria se secretamente vós mostrásseis parcialidade.
El os reprochará de seguro, si solapadamente hacéis acepción de personas.
He will surely reprove you, if ye do secretly accept persons.

Não poderia Sua majestade vos amedrontar? Não poderia Seu pavor cair em vós?
De cierto su alteza os había de espantar, y su pavor había de caer sobre vosotros.
Shall not his excellency make you afraid? and his dread fall upon you?

Vossas memoráveis palavras são provérbios feitos de cinzas; vossas defesas são torres feitas de barro.

Oid con atención mi razonamiento, y mi denunciación con vuestros oídos.
Hear diligently my speech, and my declaration with your ears.
Listen carefully to my speech. Let my declaration be in your ears.
Vê, agora, tenho colocado minha defesa em ordem; eu sei que sou inocente.
He aquí ahora, si yo me apercibiere á juicio, sé que seré justificado.
Behold now, I have ordered my cause; I know that I shall be justified.
See now, I have set my cause in order. I know that I am righteous.
Quem é a pessoa que poderia levantar-se contra mim no tribunal? Se Tu vens para fazer isso e, se fosse provado que estou errado, então, eu me silenciaria e desistiria da vida.
¿Quién es el que pleiteará conmigo? porque si ahora yo callara, fenecería.
Who is he that will plead with me? for now, if I hold my tongue, I shall give up the ghost.
Who is he who will contend with me? For then I would hold my peace and give up the spirit.
Deus, faz apenas duas coisas por mim e, então, não me esconderei da Tua face:
A lo menos dos cosas no hagas conmigo; entonces no me esconderé de tu rostro:
Only do not two things unto me: then will I not hide myself from thee.
“Only don’t do two things to me, then I will not hide myself from your face:
retira Tua mão opressiva de mim e não deixes os Teus terrores me amedrontarem.
Aparta de mí tu mano, y no me asombre tu terror.

Quantas são as minhas iniquidades e meus pecados? Deixa-me saber minhas transgressões e meus pecados.
¿Cuántas iniquidades y pecados tengo yo? hazme entender mi prevaricación y mi pecado.
How many are mine iniquities and sins? make me to know my transgression and my sin.

Por que escondes Tua face de mim e me tratas como Teu inimigo?
¿Por qué escondes tu rostro, y me cuentas por tu enemigo?
Wherefore hidest thou thy face, and holdest me for thine enemy?
Why do you hide your face, and consider me your enemy?
Poderás perseguir uma folha voando? Irás Tu perseguires uma palha seca?
¿A la hoja arrebatada has de quebrantar? ¿y á una arista seca has de perseguir?
Wilt thou break a leaf driven to and fro? and wilt thou pursue the dry stubble?
Will you harass a driven leaf? Will you pursue the dry stubble?
Pois escreves coisas amargas contra mim; tens me feito herdar as iniquidades da minha juventude.
¿Por qué escribes contra mí amarguras, y me haces cargo de los pecados de mi mocedad?
For thou writest bitter things against me, and makest me to possess the iniquities of my youth.
For you write bitter things against me, and make me inherit the iniquities of my youth.
Também pões os meus pés no tronco; Tu, que observas todos os meus passos, examinas o chão onde as solas dos meus pés têm andado,

Thou puttest my feet also in the stocks, and lookest narrowly unto all my paths; thou settest a print upon the heels of my feet.

embora eu seja como uma coisa apodrecida, como uma vestimenta que as traças tenham comido.
Y el cuerpo mío se va gastando como de carcoma, como vestido que se come de polilla.
And he, as a rotten thing, consumeth, as a garment that is moth eaten.
though I am decaying like a rotten thing, like a garment that is moth-eaten.
