L’embonpoint avait couvert son visage, et la graisse s’était accumulée sur ses flancs ;

Porque cubrió su rostro con su gordura, é hizo pliegues sobre los ijares;

Because he covereth his face with his fatness, and maketh collops of fat on his flanks.

because he has covered his face with his fatness, and gathered fat on his thighs.
