weil er sein Angesicht bedeckt hat mit seinem Fett und Schmer angesetzt an den Lenden;

Porque cubrió su rostro con su gordura, é hizo pliegues sobre los ijares;

Because he covereth his face with his fatness, and maketh collops of fat on his flanks.
