C'est qu'il a le visage épaissi par la graisse et le dos arrondi par l'embonpoint.

Porque cubrió su rostro con su gordura, é hizo pliegues sobre los ijares;

Because he covereth his face with his fatness, and maketh collops of fat on his flanks.
