La gente se mofa de mí abiertamente; burlones, me dan de bofetadas, y todos juntos se ponen en mi contra.

Abrieron contra mí su boca; hirieron mis mejillas con afrenta; contra mí se juntaron todos.

They have gaped upon me with their mouth; they have smitten me upon the cheek reproachfully; they have gathered themselves together against me.
