Ainda que eu fale, minha dor não cessa; e se eu me calar, em que me alivio?

Si hablo, mi dolor no cesa; y si dejo de hablar, no se aparta de mí.

Though I speak, my grief is not asswaged: and though I forbear, what am I eased?
