Tu m’as saisi, et cela témoigne contre moi ; ma maigreur s’est élevée contre moi, elle m’accuse en face.

Tú me has arrugado; testigo es mi flacura, que se levanta contra mí para testificar en mi rostro.

And thou hast filled me with wrinkles, which is a witness against me: and my leanness rising up in me beareth witness to my face.

You have shriveled me up. This is a witness against me. My leanness rises up against me. It testifies to my face.
