und hast mich gepackt; das muß als Zeugnis gegen mich gelten, und mein Siechtum tritt gegen mich auf, klagt mich ins Angesicht an.

Tú me has arrugado; testigo es mi flacura, que se levanta contra mí para testificar en mi rostro.

And thou hast filled me with wrinkles, which is a witness against me: and my leanness rising up in me beareth witness to my face.

You have shriveled me up. This is a witness against me. My leanness rises up against me. It testifies to my face.
