12El Señor replicó al ángel acusador: ―Tienes permiso para hacer con su riqueza lo que quieras; pero no lo perjudiques en su cuerpo. Entonces el ángel acusador se fue; y como era de esperarse, no mucho después, en un banquete que los hijos e hijas de Job tuvieron en casa del hermano mayor, ocurrió la tragedia.

12And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.

12The LORD said to Satan, “Behold, all that he has is in your power. Only on himself don’t stretch out your hand.” So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.
