Car il connaît le chemin que je suis ; S'il voulait me mettre à l'épreuve, j'en sortirais pur comme de l'or.

Mas él conoció mi camino: probaráme, y saldré como oro.

But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

But he knows the way that I take. When he has tried me, I will come out like gold.
