What In the New Testament paroimia is almost always translated proverb, but in Joh 10:6 it is rendered parable, which seems to be the sense intended here; Probably prooimion is a mistake of the transcriber beginning or fear is his—even he that makes all things in the highest?

El señorío y el temor están con él: él hace paz en sus alturas.

Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.
