Bildad de Suach prit la parole et dit :
Y RESPONDIÓ Bildad Suhita, y dijo:
Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

Puissance et terreur lui appartiennent, A lui qui fait régner la paix dans ses lieux élevés.
El señorío y el temor están con él: él hace paz en sus alturas.
Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.
“Dominion and fear are with him. He makes peace in his high places.
Peut-on compter ses troupes ? Sur qui ne se lève pas sa lumière ?
¿Tienen sus ejércitos número? ¿y sobre quién no está su luz?
Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?
Can his armies be counted? On whom does his light not arise?
Comment un homme serait-il juste devant Dieu ? Comment celui qui est né de la femme serait-il pur ?
¿Cómo pues se justificará el hombre con Dios? ¿y cómo será limpio el que nace de mujer?
How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?
How then can man be just with God? Or how can he who is born of a woman be clean?
Voici, la lune elle-même n'est pas claire, Les étoiles ne sont pas pures à ses yeux ;
He aquí que ni aun la misma luna será resplandeciente, ni las estrellas son limpias delante de sus ojos:
Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.
Behold, even the moon has no brightness, and the stars are not pure in his sight;
Combien moins l'homme, qui n'est qu'un ver, Le mortel, qui n'est qu'un vermisseau !
¿Cuánto menos el hombre que es un gusano, y el hijo de hombre, también gusano?
How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?
How much less man, who is a worm, and the son of man, who is a worm!”
