But Job answered and said,

“Qué útil has sido para este débil hombre que soy. Qué solidario has sido con el débil.
¿En qué ayudaste al que no tiene fuerza? ¿has amparado al brazo sin fortaleza?
How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength?
“How have you helped him who is without power! How have you saved the arm that has no strength!
Qué buenos consejos le has dado a este ignorante, demostrando que tienes mucha sabiduría.
¿En qué aconsejaste al que no tiene ciencia, y mostraste bien sabiduría?
How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is?
How have you counseled him who has no wisdom, and plentifully declared sound knowledge!
¿Quién te ayudó a decir estas palabras? ¿Quién te ha inspirado a decir tales cosas?
¿A quién has anunciado palabras, y cúyo es el espíritu que de ti sale?
To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee?
To whom have you uttered words? Whose spirit came out of you?
“Los muertos tiemblan, los que están bajo las aguas.
Cosas inanimadas son formadas debajo de las aguas, y los habitantes de ellas.
Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof.
“The departed spirits tremble, those beneath the waters and all that live in them.
El Seol está desnudo ante Dios, Abadón está descubierto.
El sepulcro es descubierto delante de él, y el infierno no tiene cobertura.
Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.
Sheol is naked before God, and Abaddon has no covering.

Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him? but the thunder of his power who can understand?
Behold, these are but the outskirts of his ways. How small a whisper do we hear of him! But the thunder of his power who can understand?”
