Y REASUMIÓ Job su discurso, y dijo:
Moreover Job continued his parable, and said,

"Tão certo como Deus vive, Quem arrancou a minha justiça, o Todo Poderoso, que tornou minha vida amarga,
Vive Dios, el cual ha apartado mi causa, y el Omnipotente, que amargó el alma mía,
As God liveth, who hath taken away my judgment; and the Almighty, who hath vexed my soul;
“As God lives, who has taken away my right, the Almighty, who has made my soul bitter
pois, enquanto a minha vida ainda estiver em mim e o fôlego de Deus em minhas narinas, é isto que farei.
Que todo el tiempo que mi alma estuviere en mí, y hubiere hálito de Dios en mis narices,
All the while my breath is in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils;
(for the length of my life is still in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils);
Meus lábios não falarão iniquidade, nem a minha língua falará engano.
Mis labios no hablarán iniquidad, ni mi lengua pronunciará engaño.
My lips shall not speak wickedness, nor my tongue utter deceit.
surely my lips will not speak unrighteousness, neither will my tongue utter deceit.
Nunca vou admitir que vós três estáveis certos; até que eu morra, eu nunca negarei minha integridade.
Nunca tal acontezca que yo os justifique: hasta morir no quitaré de mí mi integridad.
God forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me.
Far be it from me that I should justify you. Until I die I will not put away my integrity from me.
Eu me apego à minha justiça e não a deixarei ir; meus pensamentos não me repreenderão enquanto eu viver.
Mi justicia tengo asida, y no la cederé: no me reprochará mi corazón en el tiempo de mi vida.
My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach me so long as I live.
I hold fast to my righteousness, and will not let it go. My heart will not reproach me so long as I live.
Que o meu inimigo seja como o homem corrupto; e aquele que se levanta contra mim seja como o homem injusto.
Sea como el impío mi enemigo, y como el inicuo mi adversario.
Let mine enemy be as the wicked, and he that riseth up against me as the unrighteous.
“Let my enemy be as the wicked. Let him who rises up against me be as the unrighteous.
Pois qual é a esperança de um homem corrupto quando Deus o destrói, quando Deus tira-lhe a vida?
Porque ¿cuál es la esperanza del hipócrita, por mucho que hubiere robado, cuando Dios arrebatare su alma?
For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul?
For what is the hope of the godless, when he is cut off, when God takes away his life?
Poderá Deus ouvir seu choro quando a aflição vier sobre ele?
¿Oirá Dios su clamor cuando la tribulación sobre él viniere?
Will God hear his cry when trouble cometh upon him?
Will God hear his cry when trouble comes on him?
Alegrar-se-á ele no Todo Poderoso e clamará a Deus em todos os tempos?
¿Deleitaráse en el Omnipotente? ¿invocará á Dios en todo tiempo?
Will he delight himself in the Almighty? will he always call upon God?
Will he delight himself in the Almighty, and call on God at all times?
Eu vos ensinarei a respeito da mão de Deus; não ocultarei os pensamentos do Todo Poderoso.
Yo os enseñaré en orden á la mano de Dios: no esconderé lo que hay para con el Omnipotente.
I will teach you by the hand of God: that which is with the Almighty will I not conceal.
I will teach you about the hand of God. I will not conceal that which is with the Almighty.
Vede, todos vós tendes visto isto pessoalmente; por que, então, tendes falado tudo isso sem nenhum sentido?
He aquí que todos vosotros lo habéis visto: ¿por qué pues os desvanecéis con fantasía?
Behold, all ye yourselves have seen it; why then are ye thus altogether vain?
Behold, all of you have seen it yourselves; why then have you become altogether vain?
Este é o destino do homem corrupto com Deus, a herança do opressor que ele recebe do Todo Poderoso:
Esta es para con Dios la suerte del hombre impío, y la herencia que los violentos han de recibir del Omnipotente.
This is the portion of a wicked man with God, and the heritage of oppressors, which they shall receive of the Almighty.

se seus filhos se multipicarem, será para a espada; sua prole nunca terá comida suficiente.
Si sus hijos fueren multiplicados, serán para el cuchillo; y sus pequeños no se hartarán de pan;
If his children be multiplied, it is for the sword: and his offspring shall not be satisfied with bread.
If his children are multiplied, it is for the sword. His offspring will not be satisfied with bread.
Todos os que sobreviverem serão sepultados pela praga e suas viúvas não farão lamentação alguma por eles.
Los que le quedaren, en muerte serán sepultados; y no llorarán sus viudas.
Those that remain of him shall be buried in death: and his widows shall not weep.
Those who remain of him will be buried in death. His widows will make no lamentation.
Ainda que o homem corrupto acumule prata como o pó e acumule roupas como barro,
Si amontonare plata como polvo, y si preparare ropa como lodo;
Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay;
Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare clothing as the clay;
ele poderá acumular roupas, mas pessoas justas as vestirão e as pessoas inocentes dividirão a prata entre elas.
Habrála él preparado, mas el justo se vestirá, y el inocente repartirá la plata.
He may prepare it, but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall divide the silver.

He buildeth his house as a moth, and as a booth that the keeper maketh.

Ele se deita em riquezas, mas não fará isto para sempre; ele abre seus olhos e tudo se foi.
El rico dormirá, mas no será recogido: abrirá sus ojos, mas él no será.
The rich man shall lie down, but he shall not be gathered: he openeth his eyes, and he is not.
He lies down rich, but he will not do so again. He opens his eyes, and he is not.
Terrores o inundam como águas; uma tempestade o arrasta pela noite.
Asirán de él terrores como aguas: torbellino lo arrebatará de noche.
Terrors take hold on him as waters, a tempest stealeth him away in the night.
Terrors overtake him like waters. A storm steals him away in the night.
O vento do leste o leva para longe e ele sai; e o varre do seu lugar.
Lo antecogerá el solano, y partirá; y tempestad lo arrebatará del lugar suyo.
The east wind carrieth him away, and he departeth: and as a storm hurleth him out of his place.
The east wind carries him away, and he departs. It sweeps him out of his place.
O vento do leste se joga sobre ele e não pára; ele tenta escapar das suas mãos.
Dios pues descargará sobre él, y no perdonará: hará él por huir de su mano.
For God shall cast upon him, and not spare: he would fain flee out of his hand.
For it hurls at him, and does not spare, as he flees away from his hand.
O vento bate palmas a ele em gozação; seus assobios o tiram do seu lugar.
Batirán sus manos sobre él, y desde su lugar le silbarán.
Men shall clap their hands at him, and shall hiss him out of his place.
