Car il voit jusqu`aux extrémités de la terre, il aperçoit tout ce qui est sous le ciel.

Porque él mira hasta los fines de la tierra, y ve debajo de todo el cielo.

For he looketh to the ends of the earth, and seeth under the whole heaven;
