Job 30

Mais est-ce qu'on n'étend pas la main quand on s'effondre? Ne crie-t-on pas au secours lorsqu'on succombe au malheur?

Mas él no extenderá la mano contra el sepulcro; ¿clamarán los sepultados cuando él los quebrantare?

Howbeit he will not stretch out his hand to the grave, though they cry in his destruction.

“However doesn’t one stretch out a hand in his fall? Or in his calamity therefore cry for help?
