Habitavam nos barrancos dos ribeiros secos, nos buracos da terra, e nas rochas.

Habitaban en las barrancas de los arroyos, en las cavernas de la tierra, y en las rocas.

To dwell in the clifts of the valleys, in caves of the earth, and in the rocks.

so that they live in frightful valleys, and in holes of the earth and of the rocks.
