Si j'ai vu quelqu'un périr faute de vêtement, Et le pauvre sans couverture ;

Si he visto que pereciera alguno sin vestido, y al menesteroso sin cobertura;

If I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or any poor without covering;

if I have seen any perish for want of clothing, or that the needy had no covering;
