De fato, eu prestei atenção em vós; eis que não havia dentre vós quem pudesse convencer Jó ou quem pudesse responder às suas palavras.
Os he pues prestado atención, y he aquí que no hay de vosotros quien redarguya á Job, y responda á sus razones.
Yea, I attended unto you, and, behold, there was none of you that convinced Job, or that answered his words:
Yes, I gave you my full attention, but there was no one who convinced Job, or who answered his words, among you.
Cuidado para não dizer: 'Nós achamos a sabedoria!'. Deus irá derrotar a Jó; homem comum não pode fazer isso.
Porque no digáis: Nosotros hemos hallado sabiduría: lanzólo Dios, no el hombre.
Lest ye should say, We have found out wisdom: God thrusteth him down, not man.
Beware lest you say, ‘We have found wisdom. God may refute him, not man;’
Porque Jó não direcionou suas palavras contra mim, por isso, não irei responder a ele com vossas palavras.
Ahora bien, Job no enderezó á mí sus palabras, ni yo le responderé con vuestras razones.
Now he hath not directed his words against me: neither will I answer him with your speeches.

Estes três homens estão sem palavras, não conseguem mais responder a Jó, não têm mais palavra para dizer.
Espantáronse, no respondieron más: fuéronseles los razonamientos.
They were amazed, they answered no more: they left off speaking.

Poderia eu esperá-los porque eles não estão falando, porque estão ali em silêncio e não conseguem mais responder?

Porque não sei como adular, se eu o fizesse, meu Criador em breve me levaria.
