Auch wird er gezüchtigt mit Schmerzen auf seinem Lager und mit beständigem Kampf in seinen Gebeinen.

También sobre su cama es castigado con dolor fuerte en todos sus huesos,

He is chastened also with pain upon his bed, and the multitude of his bones with strong pain:
