S’il ne pensait qu’à lui, s’il retirait à lui son esprit et son souffle,

Si él pusiese sobre el hombre su corazón, y recogiese así su espíritu y su aliento,

If he set his heart upon man, if he gather unto himself his spirit and his breath;
