Job 34

Pero si él prefiere no hablar, ¿quién podrá censurarlo? También él puede impedir que un hombre indigno llegue a gobernar, evitándole ruina a una nación; y puede con igual facilidad echar por tierra a una nación entera.

Y si él diere reposo, ¿quién inquietará? si escondiere el rostro, ¿quién lo mirará? Esto sobre una nación, y lo mismo sobre un hombre;

When he giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? and when he hideth his face, who then can behold him? whether it be done against a nation, or against a man only:

When he gives quietness, who then can condemn? When he hides his face, who then can see him? He is over a nation or a man alike,
