ed esse, da lui guidate, vanno vagando nei lor giri per eseguir quanto ei loro comanda sopra la faccia di tutta la terra;

Asimismo por sus designios se revuelven las nubes en derredor, para hacer sobre la haz del mundo, en la tierra, lo que él les mandara.

And it is turned round about by his counsels: that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the face of the world in the earth.

It is turned around by his guidance, that they may do whatever he commands them on the surface of the habitable world,
