C'est tantôt pour le châtiment de sa terre, et tantôt en signe de faveur qu'il les envoie.

Unas veces por azote, otras por causa de su tierra, otras por misericordia las hará parecer.

He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.
