Whether it be as a chastising rod––if this be destined for his earth––or for kindness, doth he cause it to come.

Unas veces por azote, otras por causa de su tierra, otras por misericordia las hará parecer.

He causeth it to come, whether for correction, or for his land, or for mercy.
