Chi ha fatti de' condotti alla piena delle acque, E delle vie a' lampi de' tuoni?

¿Quién repartió conducto al turbión, y camino á los relámpagos y truenos,

Who hath divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters, or a way for the lightning of thunder;

Who has cut a channel for the flood water, or the path for the thunderstorm,
