Who hath divided off watercourses for the overflowing rain, and a way for the lightning that is followed by thunders,

¿Quién repartió conducto al turbión, y camino á los relámpagos y truenos,

Who hath divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters, or a way for the lightning of thunder;

Who has cut a channel for the flood water, or the path for the thunderstorm,
