welche trübe werden vom Eis, wenn der Schnee sich darin birgt,

Que están escondidas por la helada, y encubiertas con nieve;

Which are blackish by reason of the ice, and wherein the snow is hid:

which are black by reason of the ice, in which the snow hides itself.
