Habe ich gesundiget, was soil ich dir tun, o du Menschenhuter? Warum machst du mich, daß ich auf dich stoße und bin mir selbst eine Last?

Pequé, ¿qué te haré, oh Guarda de los hombres? ¿por qué me has puesto contrario á ti, y que á mí mismo sea pesado?

I have sinned; what shall I do unto thee, O thou preserver of men? why hast thou set me as a mark against thee, so that I am a burden to myself?
