der der Sonne befiehlt, und sie geht nicht auf, und der die Sterne versiegelt;

Que manda al sol, y no sale; y sella las estrellas:

Which commandeth the sun, and it riseth not; and sealeth up the stars.

He commands the sun and it doesn’t rise, and seals up the stars.
