Hört dieses, ihr Alten, und nehmt es zu Ohren, alle ihr Bewohner des Landes! Ist so etwas in euren Tagen geschehen oder in den Tagen eurer Väter?

Oid esto, viejos, y escuchad, todos los moradores de la tierra. ¿Ha acontecido esto en vuestros días, ó en los días de vuestros padres?

Hear this, ye old men, and give ear, all ye inhabitants of the land. Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers?
