"Tocai a trombeta em Sião e soai o alarme no Meu monte santo! Deixai que todos os habitantes da terra tremam de medo, pois o dia de Yahweh está chegando; de fato está perto.

TOCAD trompeta en Sión, y pregonad en mi santo monte: tiemblen todos los moradores de la tierra; porque viene el día de Jehová, porque está cercano.

Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for it is nigh at hand;

É um dia de escuridão e melancolia, um dia de nuvens e densa escuridão. Como a aurora que se espalha pelas montanhas, um grande e poderoso exército está se aproximando. Nunca houve um exército como esse, e nunca haverá de novo, mesmo depois de muitas gerações.

Día de tinieblas y de oscuridad, día de nube y de sombra, que sobre los montes se derrama como el alba: un pueblo grande y fuerte: nunca desde el siglo fué semejante, ni después de él será jamás en años de generación en generación.

A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, even to the years of many generations.

Um fogo está consumindo tudo na frente dele, e por detrás a chama está ardendo. À frente dele a terra é como o jardim do Éden, mas atrás há um deserto arruinado. De fato, nada escapará dele.

Delante de él consumirá fuego, tras de él abrasará llama; como el huerto de Edén será la tierra delante de él, y detrás de él como desierto asolado; ni tampoco habrá quien de él escape.

A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.

A aparência do exército é como cavalos, e correm como cavaleiros.

Su parecer, como parecer de caballos; y como gente de á caballo correrán.

The appearance of them is as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.

Eles saltam com um som como o dos carros de guerra no topo das montanhas, como o som de chama de fogo que devora a palha, como um poderoso exército pronto para a batalha.

Como estruendo de carros saltarán sobre las cumbres de los montes; como sonido de llama de fuego que consume hojarascas, como fuerte pueblo aparejado para la batalla.

Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that devoureth the stubble, as a strong people set in battle array.

Na sua presença, o povo está em angústia, e todos os seus rostos tornam-se pálidos.

Delante de él temerán los pueblos, pondránse mustios todos los semblantes.

Before their face the people shall be much pained: all faces shall gather blackness.

At their presence the peoples are in anguish. All faces have grown pale.

Eles correm como poderosos guerreiros, sobem os muros como soldados, marcham como em um só passo e não quebram suas fileiras.

Como valientes correrán, como hombres de guerra subirán la muralla; y cada cual irá en sus caminos, y no torcerán sus sendas.

They shall run like mighty men; they shall climb the wall like men of war; and they shall march every one on his ways, and they shall not break their ranks:

They run like mighty men. They climb the wall like warriors. They each march in his line, and they don’t swerve off course.

Nenhum deles empurra o outro para o lado; eles marcham cada um em seu caminho. Quebram as defesas e não saem da linha.

Ninguno apretará á su compañero, cada uno irá por su carrera; y aun cayendo sobre la espada no se herirán.

Neither shall one thrust another; they shall walk every one in his path: and when they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded.

One doesn’t jostle another. They each march in their own path. They burst through the defenses and don’t break ranks.

Eles se apressam na cidade, correm no muro, sobem nas casas e passam pelas janelas como ladrões.

Irán por la ciudad, correrán por el muro, subirán por las casas, entrarán por las ventanas á manera de ladrones.

They shall run to and fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a thief.

They rush on the city. They run on the wall. They climb up into the houses. They enter in at the windows like thieves.

A terra treme em frente deles; os céus tremem; o sol e a lua escurecem e as estrelas deixam de brilhar.

Delante de él temblará la tierra, se estremecerán los cielos: el sol y la luna se oscurecerán, y las estrellas retraerán su resplandor.

The earth shall quake before them; the heavens shall tremble: the sun and the moon shall be dark, and the stars shall withdraw their shining:

The earth quakes before them. The heavens tremble. The sun and the moon are darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining.

Yahweh levanta a Sua voz diante do Seu exército, pois Seus guerreiros são muito numerosos, são fortes, aqueles que executam Seus comandos. Pois o dia de Yahweh é grande e muito terrível. Quem pode sobreviver?

Y Jehová dará su voz delante de su ejército: porque muchos son sus reales y fuertes, que ponen en efecto su palabra: porque grande es el día de Jehová, y muy terrible; ¿y quién lo podrá sufrir?

And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?

The LORD thunders his voice before his army, for his forces are very great; for he is strong who obeys his command; for the day of the LORD is great and very awesome, and who can endure it?

"Ainda agora mesmo", diz Yahweh, "retornai para mim de todo o vosso coração, com jejum, choro e lamento".

Por eso pues ahora, dice Jehová, convertíos á mí con todo vuestro corazón, con ayuno y lloro y llanto.

Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning:

“Yet even now,” says the LORD, “turn to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning.”

Rasgai o vosso coração e não apenas as vossas roupas e voltai para Yahweh vosso Deus. Pois, Ele é gracioso e misericordioso, tardio para se irar, e grande em misericórdia e muda de idéia de infligir punição.

Y lacerad vuestro corazón, y no vuestros vestidos; y convertíos á Jehová vuestro Dios; porque misericordioso es y clemente, tardo para la ira, y grande en misericordia, y que se arrepiente del castigo.

And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil.

Tear your heart and not your garments, and turn to the LORD, your God; for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness, and relents from sending calamity.

Quem sabe? Talvez Ele se voltará e se compadecerá, deixando uma bênção após Ele, uma oferta de cereais e bebida para Yahweh vosso Deus?

¿Quién sabe si volverá, y se apiadará, y dejará bendición tras de él, presente y libación para Jehová Dios vuestro?

Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the LORD your God?

Who knows? He may turn and relent, and leave a blessing behind him, even a meal offering and a drink offering to the LORD, your God.

Tocai a trombeta em Sião, convocai um santo jejum e uma assembleia santa.

Tocad trompeta en Sión, pregonad ayuno, llamad á congregación.

Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:

Congregai o povo, convocai uma assembleia santa. Ajuntai os anciãos, as crianças e os que mamam. Que os noivos saiam dos seus quartos, e as noivas, dos seus aposentos nupciais.

Reunid el pueblo, santificad la reunión, juntad los viejos, congregad los niños y los que maman: salga de su cámara el novio, y de su tálamo la novia.

Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.

Gather the people. Sanctify the assembly. Assemble the elders. Gather the children, and those who nurse from breasts. Let the bridegroom go out of his room, and the bride out of her chamber.

Que os sacerdotes, os ministros de Yahweh, chorem entre o pórtico e o altar; que digam: "Tem misericórdia do Teu povo, Yahweh, e não tragas vergonha para Tua herança, para que as nações governem sobre eles". Por que diriam entre as nações: "Onde está o teu Deus?".

Entre la entrada y el altar, lloren los sacerdotes, ministros de Jehová, y digan: Perdona, oh Jehová, á tu pueblo, y no pongas en oprobio tu heredad, para que las gentes se enseñoreen de ella. ¿Por qué han de decir entre los pueblos: Dónde está su Dios?

Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O LORD, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God?

Let the priests, the ministers of the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, “Spare your people, LORD, and don’t give your heritage to reproach, that the nations should rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their God?’”

Então Yahweh Se mostrou zeloso pela Sua terra, teve misericórdia do Seu povo.

Y Jehová celará su tierra, y perdonará su pueblo.

Then will the LORD be jealous for his land, and pity his people.

Then the LORD was jealous for his land, and had pity on his people.

Yahweh respondeu ao Seu povo: "Eu vos mandarei grãos, vinho novo e azeite. Vós ficareis satisfeitos, e Eu não vos farei mais uma desgraça entre as nações.

Y responderá Jehová, y dirá á su pueblo: He aquí yo os envío pan, y mosto, y aceite, y seréis saciados de ellos: y nunca más os pondré en oprobio entre las gentes.

Yea, the LORD will answer and say unto his people, Behold, I will send you corn, and wine, and oil, and ye shall be satisfied therewith: and I will no more make you a reproach among the heathen:

The LORD answered his people, “Behold, I will send you grain, new wine, and oil, and you will be satisfied with them; and I will no more make you a reproach among the nations.

Eu removerei para longe de vós o exército do norte, e os conduzirei para uma terra seca e abandonada. A dianteira do seu exército irá para o mar oriental e a sua retaguarda para o mar ocidental. Subirá o seu mau cheiro e subirá sua podridão". Por que Ele tem feito grandes coisas.

Y haré alejar de vosotros al del aquilón, y echarélo en la tierra seca y desierta: su faz será hacia el mar oriental, y su fin al mar occidental, y exhalará su hedor; y subirá su pudrición, porque hizo grandes cosas.

But I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive him into a land barren and desolate, with his face toward the east sea, and his hinder part toward the utmost sea, and his stink shall come up, and his ill savour shall come up, because he hath done great things.

But I will remove the northern army far away from you, and will drive it into a barren and desolate land, its front into the eastern sea, and its back into the western sea; and its stench will come up, and its bad smell will rise.” Surely he has done great things.

Não temas, terra, alegra-te e regozija-te, pois Yahweh fez grandes coisas.

Tierra, no temas; alégrate y gózate: porque Jehová ha de hacer grandes cosas.

Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice: for the LORD will do great things.

Land, don’t be afraid. Be glad and rejoice, for the LORD has done great things.

Não temais, feras do campo, pois os pastos do deserto brotarão, as árvores produzirão frutos e as figueiras e a vinhas produzirão com vigor.

Animales del campo, no temáis; porque los pastos del desierto reverdecerán, porque los árboles llevarán su fruto, la higuera y la vid darán sus frutos.

Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field: for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth her fruit, the fig tree and the vine do yield their strength.

Don’t be afraid, you animals of the field; for the pastures of the wilderness spring up, for the tree bears its fruit. The fig tree and the vine yield their strength.

Alegra-te, povo de Sião, e regozija-te em Yahweh, teu Deus. Pois Ele vos dará a chuva de outono no devido tempo, enviará muita chuva para ti, a chuva de outono e a chuva de primavera, assim como antes.

Vosotros también, hijos de Sión, alegraos y gozaos en Jehová vuestro Dios; porque os ha dado la primera lluvia arregladamente, y hará descender sobre vosotros lluvia temprana y tardía como al principio.

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.

“Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD, your God; for he gives you the early rain in just measure, and he causes the rain to come down for you, the early rain and the latter rain, as before.

"A eira estará cheia de trigo e os tonéis transbordarão com vinho e azeite.

Y las eras se henchirán de trigo, y los lagares rebosarán de vino y aceite.

And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil.

The threshing floors will be full of wheat, and the vats will overflow with new wine and oil.

Eu vos restaurarei os anos que os gafanhotos comeram — o gafanhoto migrador, o gafanhoto devorador, o gafanhoto destruidor e o gafanhoto cortador — Meu poderoso exército que Eu mandei entre vós.

Y os restituiré los años que comió la oruga, la langosta, el pulgón, y el revoltón; mi grande ejército que envié contra vosotros.

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you.

Vós comereis abundantemente e vos saciareis, e louvareis o Nome de Yahweh, vosso Deus, que fez maravilhas no meio de vós, e Eu nunca trarei de novo vergonha ao Meu povo.

Y comeréis hasta saciaros, y alabaréis el nombre de Jehová vuestro Dios, el cual hizo maravillas con vosotros: y nunca jamás será mi pueblo avergonzado.

And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the LORD your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

You will have plenty to eat and be satisfied, and will praise the name of the LORD, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you; and my people will never again be disappointed.

Vós sabereis que Eu estou no meio de Israel e que Eu Sou Yahweh, vosso Deus, e não há outro, e Eu nunca trarei vergonha para o Meu povo.

Y conoceréis que en medio de Israel estoy yo, y que yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios, y no hay otro: y mi pueblo nunca jamás será avergonzado.

And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.

You will know that I am among Israel, and that I am the LORD, your God, and there is no one else; and my people will never again be disappointed.

Acontecerá, depois, que derramarei Meu Espírito sobre toda carne, e vossos filhos e filhas profetizarão. Vossos idosos sonharão; vossos jovens terão visões.

Y será que después de esto, derramaré mi Espíritu sobre toda carne, y profetizarán vuestros hijos y vuestras hijas; vuestros viejos soñarán sueños, y vuestros mancebos verán visiones.

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

“It will happen afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; and your sons and your daughters will prophesy. Your old men will dream dreams. Your young men will see visions.

Naqueles dias, derramarei Meu Espírito também sobre os servos e as servas.

And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.

Mostrarei maravilhas no céu e na terra; sangue, fogo e colunas de fumaça.

O sol se tornará em trevas e a lua em sangue, antes que venha o grande e terrível Dia de Yahweh.

El sol se tornará en tinieblas, y la luna en sangre, antes que venga el día grande y espantoso de Jehová.

E todo aquele que clamar pelo Nome de Yahweh será salvo. Pois, no monte Sião e em Jerusalém, estarão aqueles que escaparam, como Yahweh disse, e, entre os sobreviventes, aqueles a quem Yahweh chamar..

Y será que cualquiera que invocare el nombre de Jehová, será salvo: porque en el monte de Sión y en Jerusalem habrá salvación, como Jehová ha dicho, y en los que quedaren, á los cuales Jehová habrá llamado.

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

It will happen that whoever will call on the LORD’s name shall be saved; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who escape, as the LORD has said, and among the remnant, those whom the LORD calls.
