L'eau s'est répandue autour de moi, jusqu'à l'âme ; l'abîme le plus profond m'a enclos, et ma tête a plongé

Las aguas me rodearon hasta el alma, rodeóme el abismo; la ova se enredó á mi cabeza.

I went down to the bottoms of the mountains; the earth with her bars was about me for ever: yet hast thou brought up my life from corruption, O LORD my God.
