1Esta es la lista de los reyes del lado oriental del río Jordán cuyas ciudades fueron destruidas por los israelitas. El área abarca toda la región desde el valle del Arnón hasta el monte Hermón incluyendo las ciudades del desierto oriental.
2Sijón, rey de los amorreos, que vivía en Hesbón. Su reino se extendía desde Aroer sobre la ribera del río Arnón, y desde el centro del valle del Arnón hasta el río Jaboc que es el límite de los amonitas. Esto abarca la mitad del área actual de Galaad que queda al norte del río Jaboc.
3Sijón controlaba también el valle del río Jordán en el norte hasta las costas del lago de Galilea y al sur hasta el Mar Salado y las faldas del monte Pisgá.
4Og, rey de Basán, último de los refaítas, que vivía en Astarot y Edrey,
5reinaba sobre un territorio que se extendía desde el monte Hermón hasta Salcá, sobre el monte Basán en el oriente, y en el occidente se extendía hasta los límites de los reinos de Guesur y Macá. Su reino también se extendía hacia el sur y abarcaba la mitad norte de Galaad hasta tocar la frontera del reino de Sijón, rey de Hesbón.
6Moisés y el pueblo de Israel habían destruido estos pueblos, y Moisés les dio las tierras a las tribus de Rubén y Gad, y a la media tribu de Manasés.
7Esta es la lista de los reyes destruidos por Josué y los guerreros de Israel en el lado occidental del Jordán. Esta tierra, que queda entre Baal Gad en el valle del Líbano y el monte Jalac al occidente del monte Seír, Josué la repartió a las distintas tribus de Israel.
8Abarcaba las regiones montañosas, los valles, el Arabá, las faldas de las montañas, el desierto de Judea, y el Néguev. Los pueblos que vivían allí eran los hititas, los amorreos, los cananeos, los ferezeos, los heveos y los jebuseos: El rey de Jericó; el rey de Hai, cerca de Betel; el rey de Jerusalén; el rey de Hebrón; el rey de Jarmut; el rey de Laquis; el rey de Eglón; el rey de Guézer; el rey de Debir; el rey de Guéder; el rey de Jormá; el rey de Arad; el rey de Libná; el rey de Adulán; el rey de Maquedá; el rey de Betel; el rey de Tapúaj; el rey de Héfer; el rey de Afec; el rey de Sarón; el rey de Madón; el rey de Jazor; el rey de Simrón Merón; el rey de Acsaf; el rey de Tanac; el rey de Meguido; el rey de Cedes; el rey de Jocneán del Carmelo; el rey de Dor, de la provincia de Nafot Dor; el rey de Goyim en Guilgal; y el rey de Tirsá. En total fueron treinta y uno los reyes que fueron destruidos junto con sus ciudades.

1ESTOS son los reyes de la tierra que los hijos de Israel hirieron, y cuya tierra poseyeron de la otra parte del Jordán al nacimiento del sol, desde el arroyo de Arnón hasta el monte Hermón, y toda la llanura oriental:
2Sehón rey de los Amorrheos, que habitaba en Hesbón, y señoreaba desde Aroer, que está á la ribera del arroyo de Arnón, y desde en medio del arroyo, y la mitad de Galaad, hasta el arroyo Jaboc, el término de los hijos de Ammón;
3Y desde la campiña hasta la mar de Cinneroth, al oriente; y hasta la mar de la llanura, el mar Salado, al oriente, por el camino de Beth-jesimoth; y desde el mediodía debajo de las vertientes del Pisga.
4Y los términos de Og rey de Basán, que había quedado de los Rapheos, el cual habitaba en Astaroth y en Edrei,
5Y señoreaba en el monte de Hermón, y en Salca, y en todo Basán hasta los términos de Gessuri y de Maachâti, y la mitad de Galaad, término de Sehón rey de Hesbón.
6A estos hirieron Moisés siervo de Jehová y los hijos de Israel; y Moisés siervo de Jehová dió aquella tierra en posesión á los Rubenitas, Gaditas, y á la media tribu de Manasés.
7Y estos son los reyes de la tierra que hirió Josué con los hijos de Israel, de esta parte del Jordán al occidente, desde Baal-gad en el llano del Líbano hasta el monte de Halac que sube á Seir; la cual tierra dió Josué en posesión á las tribus de Israel, conforme á sus repartimientos;
8En montes y en valles, en llanos y en vertientes, al desierto y al mediodía; el Hetheo, y el Amorrheo, y el Cananeo, y el Pherezeo, y el Heveo, y el Jebuseo.
9El rey de Jericó, uno: el rey de Hai, que está al lado de Beth-el, otro:

1Now these are the kings of the land, which the children of Israel smote, and possessed their land on the other side Jordan toward the rising of the sun, from the river Arnon unto mount Hermon, and all the plain on the east:
2Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is upon the bank of the river Arnon, and from the middle of the river, and from half Gilead, even unto the river Jabbok, which is the border of the children of Ammon;
3And from the plain to the sea of Chinneroth on the east, and unto the sea of the plain, even the salt sea on the east, the way to Beth-jeshimoth; and from the south, under Ashdoth-pisgah:
4And the coast of Og king of Bashan, which was of the remnant of the giants, that dwelt at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,
5And reigned in mount Hermon, and in Salcah, and in all Bashan, unto the border of the Geshurites and the Maachathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.
6Them did Moses the servant of the LORD and the children of Israel smite: and Moses the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession unto the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh.
7And these are the kings of the country which Joshua and the children of Israel smote on this side Jordan on the west, from Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon even unto the mount Halak, that goeth up to Seir; which Joshua gave unto the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;
8In the mountains, and in the valleys, and in the plains, and in the springs, and in the wilderness, and in the south country; the Hittites, the Amorites, and the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites:

1Now these are the kings of the land, whom the children of Israel struck, and possessed their land beyond the Jordan toward the sunrise, from the valley of the Arnon to Mount Hermon, and all the Arabah eastward:
2Sihon king of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon, and ruled from Aroer, which is on the edge of the valley of the Arnon, and the middle of the valley, and half Gilead, even to the river Jabbok, the border of the children of Ammon;
3and the Arabah to the sea of Chinneroth, eastward, and to the sea of the Arabah, even the Salt Sea, eastward, the way to Beth Jeshimoth; and on the south, under the slopes of Pisgah:
4and the border of Og king of Bashan, of the remnant of the Rephaim, who lived at Ashtaroth and at Edrei,
5and ruled in Mount Hermon, and in Salecah, and in all Bashan, to the border of the Geshurites and the Maacathites, and half Gilead, the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.
6Moses the servant of the LORD and the children of Israel struck them. Moses the servant of the LORD gave it for a possession to the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh.
7These are the kings of the land whom Joshua and the children of Israel struck beyond the Jordan westward, from Baal Gad in the valley of Lebanon even to Mount Halak, that goes up to Seir. Joshua gave it to the tribes of Israel for a possession according to their divisions;
