Josué 15

Ce fut ici le sort de la Tribu des enfants de Juda selon leurs familles. Aux confins d’Edom, le désert de Tsin vers le Midi, fut le dernier bout de leurs pays vers le Midi.

Y FUÉ la suerte de la tribu de los hijos de Judá, por sus familias, junto al término de Edom, del desierto de Zin al mediodía, al lado del sur.

This then was the lot of the tribe of the children of Judah by their families; even to the border of Edom the wilderness of Zin southward was the uttermost part of the south coast.

The lot for the tribe of the children of Judah according to their families was to the border of Edom, even to the wilderness of Zin southward, at the uttermost part of the south.

Tellement que leur frontière du côté du Midi fut le dernier bout de la mer salée, depuis le bras qui regarde vers le Midi.

Y su término de la parte del mediodía fué desde la costa del mar Salado, desde la lengua que mira hacia el mediodía;

And their south border was from the shore of the salt sea, from the bay that looketh southward:

And it went out to the south side to Maaleh-acrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and ascended up on the south side unto Kadesh-barnea, and passed along to Hezron, and went up to Adar, and fetched a compass to Karkaa:

and it went out southward of the ascent of Akrabbim, and passed along to Zin, and went up by the south of Kadesh Barnea, and passed along by Hezron, went up to Addar, and turned toward Karka;

Puis passant vers Hatsmon, sortir au torrent d’Egypte ; tellement que les extrémités, de cette frontière devaient se rendre à la mer. Ce sera là, dit Josué, votre frontière du côté du Midi.

De allí pasaba á Azmón, y salía al arroyo de Egipto; y sale este término al occidente. Este pues os será el término del mediodía.

From thence it passed toward Azmon, and went out unto the river of Egypt; and the goings out of that coast were at the sea: this shall be your south coast.

and it passed along to Azmon, went out at the brook of Egypt; and the border ended at the sea. This shall be your south border.

Et la frontière vers l’Orient sera la mer salée jusqu’au bout du Jourdain ; et la frontière du côté du Septentrion sera depuis le bras de la mer, qui est au bout du Jourdain.

El término del oriente es el mar Salado hasta el fin del Jordán. Y el término de la parte del norte, desde la lengua del mar, desde el fin del Jordán:

And the east border was the salt sea, even unto the end of Jordan. And their border in the north quarter was from the bay of the sea at the uttermost part of Jordan:

And the border went up to Beth-hogla, and passed along by the north of Beth-arabah; and the border went up to the stone of Bohan the son of Reuben:

Puis cette frontière montera vers Débir, depuis la vallée de Hacor, même vers le Septentrion, regardant Guilgal ; laquelle est vis-à-vis de la montée d Adummim, qui est au Midi du torrent ; puis cette frontière passera vers les eaux de Hen-semès, et ses extrémités se rendront à Hen-roguel.

Y torna á subir este término á Debir desde el valle de Achôr: y al norte mira sobre Gilgal, que está delante de la subida de Adumin, la cual está al mediodía del arroyo: y pasa este término á las aguas de En-semes, y sale á la fuente de Rogel:

And the border went up toward Debir from the valley of Achor, and so northward, looking toward Gilgal, that is before the going up to Adummim, which is on the south side of the river: and the border passed toward the waters of En-shemesh, and the goings out thereof were at En-rogel:

Puis cette frontière montera par la vallée du fils de Hinnom, jusqu’au côté de Jébusi vers le Midi, qui est Jérusalem ; puis cette frontière montera jusqu’au sommet de la montagne, qui est vis-à-vis de la vallée de Hinnom, vers l’Occident, et qui est au bout de la vallée des Réphaïms, vers le Septentrion.

Y sube este término por el valle del hijo de Hinnom al lado del Jebuseo al mediodía: esta es Jerusalem. Luego sube este término por la cumbre del monte que está delante del valle de Hinnom hacia el occidente, el cual está al cabo del valle de los gigantes al norte:

And the border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom unto the south side of the Jebusite; the same is Jerusalem: and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lieth before the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the end of the valley of the giants northward:

The border went up by the valley of the son of Hinnom to the side of the Jebusite (also called Jerusalem) southward; and the border went up to the top of the mountain that lies before the valley of Hinnom westward, which is at the farthest part of the valley of Rephaim northward.

Et cette frontière s’alignera depuis le sommet de la montagne jusqu’à la fontaine des eaux de Nephtoah, et sortira vers les villes de la montagne de Héphron ; puis cette frontière s’alignera à Bahala, qui est Kirjath-jéharim.

Y rodea este término desde la cumbre del monte hasta la fuente de las aguas de Nephtoa, y sale á la ciudades del monte de Ephrón, rodeando luego el mismo término á Baala, la cual es Chîriath-jearim.

And the border was drawn from the top of the hill unto the fountain of the water of Nephtoah, and went out to the cities of mount Ephron; and the border was drawn to Baalah, which is Kirjath-jearim:

Et cette frontière se tournera depuis Bahala vers l’Occident, jusqu’à la montagne de Séhir ; puis elle passera jusqu’au côté de la montagne de Jeharim vers le Septentrion, qui est Késalon ; puis descendant à Beth-semes, elle passera à Timna.

Después torna este término desde Baala hacia el occidente al monte de Seir: y pasa al lado del monte de Jearim hacia el norte, esta es Chesalón, y desciende á Beth-semes, y pasa á Timna.

And the border compassed from Baalah westward unto mount Seir, and passed along unto the side of mount Jearim, which is Chesalon, on the north side, and went down to Beth-shemesh, and passed on to Timnah:

and the border turned about from Baalah westward to Mount Seir, and passed along to the side of Mount Jearim (also called Chesalon) on the north, and went down to Beth Shemesh, and passed along by Timnah;

Et cette frontière sortira jusqu’au côté de Hekron, vers le Septentrion, et cette frontière s’alignera vers Sikkeron ; puis ayant passé la montagne de Bahala, elle sortira à Jabnéël ; tellement que les extrémités de cette frontière se rendront à la mer.

Sale luego este término al lado de Ecrón hacia el norte; y rodea el mismo término á Sichêron, y pasa por el monte de Baala, y sale á Jabneel: y sale este término á la mar.

And the border went out unto the side of Ekron northward: and the border was drawn to Shicron, and passed along to mount Baalah, and went out unto Jabneel; and the goings out of the border were at the sea.

Or la frontière du côté de l’Occident sera ce qui est vers la grande mer, et ses limites. Ce furent les frontières des enfants de Juda de tous les côtés, selon leurs familles.

El término del occidente es la mar grande. Este pues, es el término de los hijos de Judá en derredor, por sus familias.

And the west border was to the great sea, and the coast thereof. This is the coast of the children of Judah round about according to their families.

Au reste on avait donné à Caleb, fils de Jéphunné, une portion au milieu des enfants de Juda, suivant le commandement de l’Eternel fait à Josué, savoir Kirjath-Arbah, or Arbah était père de Hanak ; et Kirjath-Arbah c’est Hébron.

Mas á Caleb, hijo de Jephone, dió parte entre los hijos de Judá, conforme al mandamiento de Jehová á Josué: esto es, á Chîriath-arba, del padre de Anac, que es Hebrón.

And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a part among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the LORD to Joshua, even the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron.

He gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh a portion among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the LORD to Joshua, even Kiriath Arba, named after the father of Anak (also called Hebron).

Et Caleb déposséda de là les trois fils de Hanak, savoir Sesaï, Ahiman, et Talmaï, enfants de Hanak.

Et de là il monta vers les habitants de Débir, dont le nom était auparavant Kirjath-sépher.

And he went up thence to the inhabitants of Debir: and the name of Debir before was Kirjath-sepher.

Et Caleb dit : Je donnerai ma fille Hacsa pour femme à celui qui battra Kirjath-sépher, et la prendra.

Y dijo Caleb: Al que hiriere á Chîriath-sepher, y la tomare, yo le daré á mi hija Axa por mujer.

And Caleb said, He that smiteth Kirjath-sepher, and taketh it, to him will I give Achsah my daughter to wife.

Y aconteció que cuando la llevaba, él la persuadió que pidiese á su padre tierras para labrar. Ella entonces se apeó del asno. Y Caleb le dijo: ¿Qué tienes?

And it came to pass, as she came unto him, that she moved him to ask of her father a field: and she lighted off her ass; and Caleb said unto her, What wouldest thou?

When she came, she had him ask her father for a field. She got off her donkey, and Caleb said, “What do you want?”

Et elle répondit : Donne-moi un présent ; puisque tu m’as donné une terre sèche, donne-moi aussi des sources d’eau. Et il lui donna les fontaines de dessus et les fontaines de dessous.

Y ella respondió: Dame bendición: pues que me has dado tierra de secadal, dame también fuentes de aguas. El entonces le dió las fuentes de arriba, y las de abajo.

Who answered, Give me a blessing; for thou hast given me a south land; give me also springs of water. And he gave her the upper springs, and the nether springs.

She said, “Give me a blessing. Because you have set me in the land of the South, give me also springs of water.” So he gave her the upper springs and the lower springs.

C’est ici l’héritage de la Tribu des enfants de Juda selon leurs familles.

Au reste, les enfants de Juda ne purent point déposséder les Jébusiens qui habitaient à Jérusalem ; c’est pourquoi le Jébusien a demeuré avec les enfants de Juda à Jérusalem jusqu’à ce jour.

Mas á los Jebuseos que habitaban en Jerusalem, los hijos de Judá no los pudieron desarraigar; antes quedó el Jebuseo en Jerusalem con los hijos de Judá, hasta hoy.

As for the Jebusites the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out: but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem unto this day.
