E teve também porção a tribo de Manassés, porque foi primogênito de José. Maquir, primogênito de Manassés, e pai de Gileade, o qual foi homem de guerra, teve a Gileade e a Basã.

Y TUVO también suerte la tribu de Manasés, porque fué primogénito de José. Machîr, primogénito de Manasés, y padre de Galaad, el cual fué hombre de guerra, tuvo á Galaad y á Basán.

There was also a lot for the tribe of Manasseh; for he was the firstborn of Joseph; to wit, for Machir the firstborn of Manasseh, the father of Gilead: because he was a man of war, therefore he had Gilead and Bashan.

Tiveram também porção os outros filhos de Manassés conforme suas famílias: os filhos de Abiezer, e os filhos de Helebe, e os filhos de Asriel, e os filhos de Siquém, e os filhos de Héfer, e os filhos de Semida; estes foram os filhos homens de Manassés, filho de José, por suas famílias.

Tuvieron también suerte los otros hijos de Manasés conforme á sus familias: los hijos de Abiezer, y los hijos de Helec, y los hijos de Esriel, y los hijos de Sichêm, y los hijos de Hepher, y los hijos de Semida; estos fueron los hijos varones de Manasés hijo de José, por sus familias.

There was also a lot for the rest of the children of Manasseh by their families; for the children of Abiezer, and for the children of Helek, and for the children of Asriel, and for the children of Shechem, and for the children of Hepher, and for the children of Shemida: these were the male children of Manasseh the son of Joseph by their families.

So this was for the rest of the children of Manasseh according to their families: for the children of Abiezer, for the children of Helek, for the children of Asriel, for the children of Shechem, for the children of Hepher, and for the children of Shemida. These were the male children of Manasseh the son of Joseph according to their families.

Porém Zelofeade, filho de Héfer, filho de Gileade, filho de Maquir, filho de Manassés, não teve filhos, somente filhas, os nomes das quais são estes: Maalá, Noa, Hogla, Milca, e Tirza.

Pero Salphaad, hijo de Hepher, hijo de Galaad, hijo de Machîr, hijo de Manasés, no tuvo hijos, sino hijas, los nombres de las cuales son estos: Maala, Noa, Hogla, Milchâ, y Tirsa.

But Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, had no sons, but daughters: and these are the names of his daughters, Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

Estas vieram diante de Eleazar sacerdote, e de Josué filho de Num, e dos príncipes, e disseram: O SENHOR mandou a Moisés que nos desse herança entre nossos irmãos. E ele lhes deu herança entre os irmãos do pai delas, conforme o dito do SENHOR.

Estas vinieron delante de Eleazar sacerdote, y de Josué hijo de Nun, y de los príncipes, y dijeron: Jehová mandó á Moisés que nos diese herencia entre nuestros hermanos. Y él les dió herencia entre los hermanos del padre de ellas, conforme al dicho de Jehová.

And they came near before Eleazar the priest, and before Joshua the son of Nun, and before the princes, saying, The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brethren. Therefore according to the commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance among the brethren of their father.

They came to Eleazar the priest, and to Joshua the son of Nun, and to the princes, saying, “The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brothers.” Therefore according to the commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance among the brothers of their father.

E caíram a Manassés dez porções a mais da terra de Gileade e de Basã, que está da outra parte do Jordão:

Y cayeron á Manasés diez suertes á más de la tierra de Galaad y de Basán, que está de la otra parte del Jordán:

And there fell ten portions to Manasseh, beside the land of Gilead and Bashan, which were on the other side Jordan;

Ten parts fell to Manasseh, in addition to the land of Gilead and Bashan, which is beyond the Jordan;

Porque as filhas de Manassés possuíram herança entre seus filhos: e a terra de Gileade foi dos outros filhos de Manassés.

Porque las hijas de Manasés poseyeron herencia entre sus hijos: y la tierra de Galaad fué de los otros hijos de Manasés.

Because the daughters of Manasseh had an inheritance among his sons: and the rest of Manasseh’s sons had the land of Gilead.

E foi o termo de Manassés desde Aser até Micmetá, a qual está diante de Siquém; e vai este termo à direita, aos que habitam em Tapua.

Y fué el término de Manasés desde Aser hasta Michmetat, la cual está delante de Sichêm; y va este término á la mano derecha, á los que habitan en Tappua.

And the coast of Manasseh was from Asher to Michmethah, that lieth before Shechem; and the border went along on the right hand unto the inhabitants of En-tappuah.

The border of Manasseh was from Asher to Michmethath, which is before Shechem. The border went along to the right hand, to the inhabitants of En Tappuah.

E a terra de Tapua foi de Manassés; mas Tapua, que está junto ao termo de Manassés, é dos filhos de Efraim.

Y la tierra de Tappua fué de Manasés; pero Tappua, que está junto al término de Manasés, es de los hijos de Ephraim.

Now Manasseh had the land of Tappuah: but Tappuah on the border of Manasseh belonged to the children of Ephraim;

E desce este termo ao ribeiro de Caná, até o sul do ribeiro. Estas cidades de Efraim estão entre as cidades de Manassés: e o termo de Manassés é desde o norte do mesmo ribeiro, e suas saídas são ao mar.

Y desciende este término al arroyo de Cana, hacia el mediodía del arroyo. Estas ciudades de Ephraim están entre las ciudades de Manasés: y el término de Manasés es desde el norte del mismo arroyo, y sus salidas son á la mar.

And the coast descended unto the river Kanah, southward of the river: these cities of Ephraim are among the cities of Manasseh: the coast of Manasseh also was on the north side of the river, and the outgoings of it were at the sea:

The border went down to the brook of Kanah, southward of the brook. These cities belonged to Ephraim among the cities of Manasseh. The border of Manasseh was on the north side of the brook, and ended at the sea.

Efraim ao sul, e Manassés ao norte, e o mar é seu termo: e encontram-se com Aser à parte do norte, e com Issacar ao oriente.

Ephraim al mediodía, y Manasés al norte, y la mar es su término: y encuéntranse con Aser á la parte del norte, y con Issachâr al oriente.

Southward it was Ephraim’s, and northward it was Manasseh’s, and the sea is his border; and they met together in Asher on the north, and in Issachar on the east.

Teve também Manassés em Issacar e em Aser a Bete-Seã e suas aldeias, e Ibleão e suas aldeias, e os moradores de Dor e suas aldeias, e os moradores de En-Dor e suas aldeias, e os moradores de Taanaque e suas aldeias, e os moradores de Megido e suas aldeias: três províncias.

Tuvo también Manasés en Issachâr y en Aser á Beth-san y sus aldeas, é Ibleam y sus aldeas, y los moradores de Dor y sus aldeas, y los moradores de Endor y sus aldeas, y los moradores de Taanach y sus aldeas, y los moradores de Megiddo y sus aldeas: tres provincias.

And Manasseh had in Issachar and in Asher Beth-shean and her towns, and Ibleam and her towns, and the inhabitants of Dor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Endor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Taanach and her towns, and the inhabitants of Megiddo and her towns, even three countries.

Manasseh had three heights in Issachar, in Asher Beth Shean and its towns, and Ibleam and its towns, and the inhabitants of Dor and its towns, and the inhabitants of Endor and its towns, and the inhabitants of Taanach and its towns, and the inhabitants of Megiddo and its towns.

Mas os filhos de Manassés não puderam lançar aos daquelas cidades; antes os cananeus quis habitar na terra.

Mas los hijos de Manasés no pudieron echar á los de aquellas ciudades; antes el Cananeo quiso habitar en la tierra.

Yet the children of Manasseh could not drive out the inhabitants of those cities; but the Canaanites would dwell in that land.

Porém quando os filhos de Israel tomaram forças, fizeram tributários aos cananeus, mas não o expulsaram.

Yet it came to pass, when the children of Israel were waxen strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute; but did not utterly drive them out.

E os filhos de José falaram a Josué, dizendo: Por que me deste por herança uma só porção e uma só parte, sendo eu um povo tão grande e que o SENHOR me abençoou assim até agora?

Y los hijos de José hablaron á Josué, diciendo: ¿Por qué me has dado por heredad una sola suerte y una sola parte, siendo yo un pueblo tan grande y que Jehová me ha así bendecido hasta ahora?

And the children of Joseph spake unto Joshua, saying, Why hast thou given me but one lot and one portion to inherit, seeing I am a great people, forasmuch as the LORD hath blessed me hitherto?

The children of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying, “Why have you given me just one lot and one part for an inheritance, since we are a numerous people, because the LORD has blessed us so far?”

E Josué lhes respondeu: Se és povo tão grande, sobe tu ao monte, e corta para ti ali na terra do ferezeus e dos gigantes, pois que o monte de Efraim é estreito para ti.

Y Josué les respondió: Si eres pueblo tan grande, sube tú al monte, y corta para ti allí en la tierra del Pherezeo y de los gigantes, pues que el monte de Ephraim es angosto para ti.

And Joshua answered them, If thou be a great people, then get thee up to the wood country, and cut down for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the giants, if mount Ephraim be too narrow for thee.

Joshua said to them, “If you are a numerous people, go up to the forest, and clear land for yourself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the Rephaim, since the hill country of Ephraim is too narrow for you.”

E os filhos de José disseram: Não nos bastará a nós este monte: e todos os cananeus que habitam a terra da campina, têm carros de ferro; os que estão em Bete-Seã e em suas aldeias, e os que estão no vale de Jezreel.

Y los hijos de José dijeron: No nos bastará á nosotros este monte: y todos los Cananeos que habitan la tierra de la campiña, tienen carros herrados; los que están en Beth-san y en sus aldeas, y los que están en el valle de Jezreel.

And the children of Joseph said, The hill is not enough for us: and all the Canaanites that dwell in the land of the valley have chariots of iron, both they who are of Beth-shean and her towns, and they who are of the valley of Jezreel.

The children of Joseph said, “The hill country is not enough for us. All the Canaanites who dwell in the land of the valley have chariots of iron, both those who are in Beth Shean and its towns, and those who are in the valley of Jezreel.”

Então Josué respondeu à casa de José, a Efraim e Manassés, dizendo: Tu és grande povo, e tens grande força; não terás uma só porção;

Entonces Josué respondió á la casa de José, á Ephraim y Manasés, diciendo: Tú eres gran pueblo, y tienes gran fuerza; no tendrás una sola suerte;

And Joshua spake unto the house of Joseph, even to Ephraim and to Manasseh, saying, Thou art a great people, and hast great power: thou shalt not have one lot only:

Joshua spoke to the house of Joseph, that is, to Ephraim and to Manasseh, saying, “You are a numerous people, and have great power. You shall not have one lot only;

Mas aquele monte será teu; porque é bosque, e tu o cortarás, e serão teus seus termos: porque tu expulsarás aos cananeus, ainda que tenham carros de ferro, e ainda que sejam fortes.

Mas aquel monte será tuyo; que bosque es, y tú lo cortarás, y serán tuyos sus términos: porque tú echarás al Cananeo, aunque tenga carros herrados, y aunque sea fuerte.

But the mountain shall be thine; for it is a wood, and thou shalt cut it down: and the outgoings of it shall be thine: for thou shalt drive out the Canaanites, though they have iron chariots, and though they be strong.

but the hill country shall be yours. Although it is a forest, you shall cut it down, and it’s farthest extent shall be yours; for you shall drive out the Canaanites, though they have chariots of iron, and though they are strong.”
