Josué 17

Auch dem Stamme Manasse fiel das Los (denn er ist der Erstgeborene Josephs), nämlich Machir, dem Erstgebornen Manasses, dem Vater Gileads; demselben ward Gilead und Basan zuteil, weil er ein Kriegsmann war.

Y TUVO también suerte la tribu de Manasés, porque fué primogénito de José. Machîr, primogénito de Manasés, y padre de Galaad, el cual fué hombre de guerra, tuvo á Galaad y á Basán.

There was also a lot for the tribe of Manasseh; for he was the firstborn of Joseph; to wit, for Machir the firstborn of Manasseh, the father of Gilead: because he was a man of war, therefore he had Gilead and Bashan.

Aber den übrigen Kindern Manasse nach ihren Geschlechtern fiel das Los auch, nämlich den Kindern Abiesers, den Kindern Heleks, den Kindern Asriels, den Kindern Sichems, den Kindern Hephers und den Kindern Semidas. Das sind die männlichen Nachkommen Manasses, des Sohnes Josephs, nach ihren Geschlechtern.

Tuvieron también suerte los otros hijos de Manasés conforme á sus familias: los hijos de Abiezer, y los hijos de Helec, y los hijos de Esriel, y los hijos de Sichêm, y los hijos de Hepher, y los hijos de Semida; estos fueron los hijos varones de Manasés hijo de José, por sus familias.

There was also a lot for the rest of the children of Manasseh by their families; for the children of Abiezer, and for the children of Helek, and for the children of Asriel, and for the children of Shechem, and for the children of Hepher, and for the children of Shemida: these were the male children of Manasseh the son of Joseph by their families.

So this was for the rest of the children of Manasseh according to their families: for the children of Abiezer, for the children of Helek, for the children of Asriel, for the children of Shechem, for the children of Hepher, and for the children of Shemida. These were the male children of Manasseh the son of Joseph according to their families.

Aber Zelophchad, der Sohn Hephers, des Sohnes Gileads, des Sohnes Machirs, des Sohnes Manasses, hatte keine Söhne, sondern nur Töchter, und ihre Namen sind diese: Machla, Noah, Hogla, Milka und Tirza.

Pero Salphaad, hijo de Hepher, hijo de Galaad, hijo de Machîr, hijo de Manasés, no tuvo hijos, sino hijas, los nombres de las cuales son estos: Maala, Noa, Hogla, Milchâ, y Tirsa.

But Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, had no sons, but daughters: and these are the names of his daughters, Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

Diese traten vor den Priester Eleasar und vor Josua, den Sohn Nuns, und vor die Obersten und sprachen: Der HERR hat Mose geboten, daß er uns unter unsern Brüdern ein Erbteil geben solle. Und man gab ihnen ein Erbteil unter den Brüdern ihres Vaters, nach dem Befehle des HERRN.

Estas vinieron delante de Eleazar sacerdote, y de Josué hijo de Nun, y de los príncipes, y dijeron: Jehová mandó á Moisés que nos diese herencia entre nuestros hermanos. Y él les dió herencia entre los hermanos del padre de ellas, conforme al dicho de Jehová.

And they came near before Eleazar the priest, and before Joshua the son of Nun, and before the princes, saying, The LORD commanded Moses to give us an inheritance among our brethren. Therefore according to the commandment of the LORD he gave them an inheritance among the brethren of their father.

Und so fielen auf Manasse zehn Teile, außer dem Lande Gilead und Basan, das jenseits des Jordan liegt.

Y cayeron á Manasés diez suertes á más de la tierra de Galaad y de Basán, que está de la otra parte del Jordán:

And there fell ten portions to Manasseh, beside the land of Gilead and Bashan, which were on the other side Jordan;

Ten parts fell to Manasseh, in addition to the land of Gilead and Bashan, which is beyond the Jordan;

Denn die Töchter Manasses empfingen ein Erbteil unter seinen Söhnen; aber das Land Gilead ward den übrigen Manassitern zuteil.

Porque las hijas de Manasés poseyeron herencia entre sus hijos: y la tierra de Galaad fué de los otros hijos de Manasés.

Because the daughters of Manasseh had an inheritance among his sons: and the rest of Manasseh’s sons had the land of Gilead.

Und Manasses Grenze lief von Asser an gen Mikmetat, das vor Sichem liegt, und geht zur Rechten bis zu den Einwohnern von En-Tappuach.

Y fué el término de Manasés desde Aser hasta Michmetat, la cual está delante de Sichêm; y va este término á la mano derecha, á los que habitan en Tappua.

And the coast of Manasseh was from Asher to Michmethah, that lieth before Shechem; and the border went along on the right hand unto the inhabitants of En-tappuah.

The border of Manasseh was from Asher to Michmethath, which is before Shechem. The border went along to the right hand, to the inhabitants of En Tappuah.

Denn das Land Tappuach ward Manasse zuteil; aber Tappuach, an der Grenze Manasses, ward den Kindern Ephraim zugeteilt.

Y la tierra de Tappua fué de Manasés; pero Tappua, que está junto al término de Manasés, es de los hijos de Ephraim.

Now Manasseh had the land of Tappuah: but Tappuah on the border of Manasseh belonged to the children of Ephraim;

Darnach kommt die Grenze herab gegen Nahal-Kana, südlich vom Bache. (Diese Städte gehören zu Ephraim mitten unter den Städten Manasses). Aber die Grenze von Manasse ist nördlich vom Bach und endigt am Meer.

Y desciende este término al arroyo de Cana, hacia el mediodía del arroyo. Estas ciudades de Ephraim están entre las ciudades de Manasés: y el término de Manasés es desde el norte del mismo arroyo, y sus salidas son á la mar.

And the coast descended unto the river Kanah, southward of the river: these cities of Ephraim are among the cities of Manasseh: the coast of Manasseh also was on the north side of the river, and the outgoings of it were at the sea:

The border went down to the brook of Kanah, southward of the brook. These cities belonged to Ephraim among the cities of Manasseh. The border of Manasseh was on the north side of the brook, and ended at the sea.

Dem Ephraim wurde das Land gegen Mittag und dem Manasse dasjenige gegen Mitternacht zuteil. Und das Meer ist seine Grenze; an Asser stößt es gegen Mitternacht und an Issaschar gegen Morgen.

Ephraim al mediodía, y Manasés al norte, y la mar es su término: y encuéntranse con Aser á la parte del norte, y con Issachâr al oriente.

Southward it was Ephraim’s, and northward it was Manasseh’s, and the sea is his border; and they met together in Asher on the north, and in Issachar on the east.

Es gehörten aber zu Manasse in †dem Gebiete von Issaschar und Asser: Beth-Sean und seine Dörfer, Jibleam und seine Dörfer, die Einwohner zu Dor und seine Dörfer, die Einwohner zu En-Dor und seine Dörfer, die Einwohner zu Taanach und seine Dörfer, die Einwohner zu Megiddo und seine Dörfer, die drei Anhöhen.

Tuvo también Manasés en Issachâr y en Aser á Beth-san y sus aldeas, é Ibleam y sus aldeas, y los moradores de Dor y sus aldeas, y los moradores de Endor y sus aldeas, y los moradores de Taanach y sus aldeas, y los moradores de Megiddo y sus aldeas: tres provincias.

And Manasseh had in Issachar and in Asher Beth-shean and her towns, and Ibleam and her towns, and the inhabitants of Dor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Endor and her towns, and the inhabitants of Taanach and her towns, and the inhabitants of Megiddo and her towns, even three countries.

Manasseh had three heights in Issachar, in Asher Beth Shean and its towns, and Ibleam and its towns, and the inhabitants of Dor and its towns, and the inhabitants of Endor and its towns, and the inhabitants of Taanach and its towns, and the inhabitants of Megiddo and its towns.

Aber die Kinder Manasse konnten diese Städte nicht einnehmen, sondern es gelang den Kanaanitern, in demselben Lande zu bleiben.

Mas los hijos de Manasés no pudieron echar á los de aquellas ciudades; antes el Cananeo quiso habitar en la tierra.

Yet the children of Manasseh could not drive out the inhabitants of those cities; but the Canaanites would dwell in that land.

Als aber die Kinder Israel mächtig wurden, machten sie die Kanaaniter fronpflichtig; aber vertrieben haben sie dieselben nicht.

Empero cuando los hijos de Israel tomaron fuerzas, hicieron tributario al Cananeo, mas no lo echaron.

Yet it came to pass, when the children of Israel were waxen strong, that they put the Canaanites to tribute; but did not utterly drive them out.

When the children of Israel had grown strong, they put the Canaanites to forced labor, and didn’t utterly drive them out.

Es redeten aber die Kinder Joseph mit Josua und sprachen: Warum hast du mir nur ein Los und einen Anteil zum Erbbesitz gegeben, da ich doch ein großes Volk bin, wie mich denn der HERR bisher gesegnet hat?

Y los hijos de José hablaron á Josué, diciendo: ¿Por qué me has dado por heredad una sola suerte y una sola parte, siendo yo un pueblo tan grande y que Jehová me ha así bendecido hasta ahora?

And the children of Joseph spake unto Joshua, saying, Why hast thou given me but one lot and one portion to inherit, seeing I am a great people, forasmuch as the LORD hath blessed me hitherto?

The children of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying, “Why have you given me just one lot and one part for an inheritance, since we are a numerous people, because the LORD has blessed us so far?”

Da sprach Josua zu ihnen: Wenn du doch ein großes Volk bist, so ziehe hinauf in den Wald und rode dir daselbst aus, in dem Lande der Pheresiter und Rephaiter, weil dir das Gebirge Ephraim zu eng ist!

Y Josué les respondió: Si eres pueblo tan grande, sube tú al monte, y corta para ti allí en la tierra del Pherezeo y de los gigantes, pues que el monte de Ephraim es angosto para ti.

And Joshua answered them, If thou be a great people, then get thee up to the wood country, and cut down for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the giants, if mount Ephraim be too narrow for thee.

Joshua said to them, “If you are a numerous people, go up to the forest, and clear land for yourself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the Rephaim, since the hill country of Ephraim is too narrow for you.”

Da sprachen die Kinder Joseph: Das Gebirge wird nicht hinreichen für uns; es sind aber eiserne Wagen bei allen Kanaanitern, die in der Ebene wohnen, zu Beth-Sean und in seinen Dörfern und in der Ebene Jesreel.

Y los hijos de José dijeron: No nos bastará á nosotros este monte: y todos los Cananeos que habitan la tierra de la campiña, tienen carros herrados; los que están en Beth-san y en sus aldeas, y los que están en el valle de Jezreel.

And the children of Joseph said, The hill is not enough for us: and all the Canaanites that dwell in the land of the valley have chariots of iron, both they who are of Beth-shean and her towns, and they who are of the valley of Jezreel.

The children of Joseph said, “The hill country is not enough for us. All the Canaanites who dwell in the land of the valley have chariots of iron, both those who are in Beth Shean and its towns, and those who are in the valley of Jezreel.”

Da sprach Josua zum Hause Josephs, zu Ephraim und Manasse: Du bist ein großes Volk und hast eine große Kraft, du sollst nicht nur ein Los haben;

Entonces Josué respondió á la casa de José, á Ephraim y Manasés, diciendo: Tú eres gran pueblo, y tienes gran fuerza; no tendrás una sola suerte;

And Joshua spake unto the house of Joseph, even to Ephraim and to Manasseh, saying, Thou art a great people, and hast great power: thou shalt not have one lot only:

Joshua spoke to the house of Joseph, that is, to Ephraim and to Manasseh, saying, “You are a numerous people, and have great power. You shall not have one lot only;

sondern das Gebiet soll dein sein, wo der Wald ist; den rode dir aus, und es sollen die Ausgänge des Waldes dein sein; denn du sollst die Kanaaniter vertreiben, eben weil sie eiserne Wagen haben und mächtig sind!

Mas aquel monte será tuyo; que bosque es, y tú lo cortarás, y serán tuyos sus términos: porque tú echarás al Cananeo, aunque tenga carros herrados, y aunque sea fuerte.

But the mountain shall be thine; for it is a wood, and thou shalt cut it down: and the outgoings of it shall be thine: for thou shalt drive out the Canaanites, though they have iron chariots, and though they be strong.

but the hill country shall be yours. Although it is a forest, you shall cut it down, and it’s farthest extent shall be yours; for you shall drive out the Canaanites, though they have chariots of iron, and though they are strong.”
