Josué 22

Allora Giosuè chiamò i Rubeniti, i Gaditi e la mezza tribù di Manasse, e disse loro:

ENTONCES Josué llamó á los Rubenitas y á los Gaditas, y á la media tribu de Manasés,

Then Joshua called the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh,

“Voi avete osservato tutto ciò che Mosè, servo dell’Eterno, vi aveva ordinato, e avete ubbidito alla mia voce in tutto quello che io vi ho comandato.

Y díjoles: Vosotros habéis guardado todo lo que Moisés siervo de Jehová os mandó, y habéis obedecido á mi voz en todo lo que os he mandado.

And said unto them, Ye have kept all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, and have obeyed my voice in all that I commanded you:

and said to them, “You have kept all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, and have listened to my voice in all that I commanded you.

Voi non avete abbandonato i vostri fratelli durante questo lungo tempo, fino ad oggi, e avete osservato come dovevate il comandamento dell’Eterno, ch’è il vostro Dio.

No habéis dejado á vuestros hermanos en estos muchos días hasta hoy, antes habéis guardado la observancia de los mandamientos de Jehová vuestro Dios.

Ye have not left your brethren these many days unto this day, but have kept the charge of the commandment of the LORD your God.

You have not left your brothers these many days to this day, but have performed the duty of the commandment of the LORD your God.

E ora che l’Eterno, il vostro Dio, ha dato requie ai vostri fratelli, come avea lor detto, ritornatevene e andatevene alle vostre tende nel paese che vi appartiene, e che Mosè, servo dell’Eterno, vi ha dato di là dal Giordano.

Ahora pues que Jehová vuestro Dios ha dado reposo á vuestros hermanos, como se lo había prometido, volved, y tornad á vuestras tiendas, á la tierra de vuestras posesiones, que Moisés siervo de Jehová os dió de la otra parte del Jordán.

And now the LORD your God hath given rest unto your brethren, as he promised them: therefore now return ye, and get you unto your tents, and unto the land of your possession, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave you on the other side Jordan.

Now the LORD your God has given rest to your brothers, as he spoke to them. Therefore now return and go to your tents, to the land of your possession, which Moses the servant of the LORD gave you beyond the Jordan.

Soltanto abbiate gran cura di mettere in pratica i comandamenti e la legge che Mosè, servo dell’Eterno, vi ha dato, amando l’Eterno, il vostro Dio, camminando in tutte le sue vie, osservando i suoi comandamenti, tenendovi stretti a lui, e servendolo con tutto il vostro cuore e con tutta l’anima vostra”.

Solamente que con diligencia cuidéis de poner por obra el mandamiento y la ley, que Moisés siervo de Jehová os intimó: que améis á Jehová vuestro Dios, y andéis en todos sus caminos; que guardéis sus mandamientos, y os alleguéis á él, y le sirváis de todo vuestro corazón y de toda vuestra alma.

But take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law, which Moses the servant of the LORD charged you, to love the LORD your God, and to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and to cleave unto him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Only take diligent heed to do the commandment and the law which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, to keep his commandments, to hold fast to him, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul.”

Poi Giosuè li benedisse e li accomiatò; e quelli se ne tornarono alle loro tende.

Y bendiciéndolos Josué, los envió: y fuéronse á sus tiendas.

So Joshua blessed them, and sent them away: and they went unto their tents.

(Or Mosè avea dato a una metà della tribù di Manasse una eredità in Basan, e Giosuè dette all’altra metà un’eredità tra i loro fratelli, di qua dal Giordano, a occidente). Quando Giosuè li rimando alle loro tende e li benedisse, disse loro ancora:

También á la media tribu de Manasés había dado Moisés posesión en Basán; mas á la otra media dió Josué heredad entre sus hermanos de estotra parte del Jordán al occidente: y también á éstos envió Josué á sus tiendas, después de haberlos bendecido.

Now to the one half of the tribe of Manasseh Moses had given possession in Bashan: but unto the other half thereof gave Joshua among their brethren on this side Jordan westward. And when Joshua sent them away also unto their tents, then he blessed them,

Now to the one half-tribe of Manasseh Moses had given inheritance in Bashan; but Joshua gave to the other half among their brothers beyond the Jordan westward. Moreover when Joshua sent them away to their tents, he blessed them,

“Voi tornate alle vostre tende con grandi ricchezze, con moltissimo bestiame, con argento, oro, rame, ferro e con grandissima quantità di vestimenta; dividete coi vostri fratelli il bottino dei vostri nemici”.

Y hablóles, diciendo: Volveos á vuestras tiendas con grandes riquezas, y con grande copia de ganado, con plata, y con oro, y metal, y muchos vestidos: partid con vuestros hermanos el despojo de vuestros enemigos.

And he spake unto them, saying, Return with much riches unto your tents, and with very much cattle, with silver, and with gold, and with brass, and with iron, and with very much raiment: divide the spoil of your enemies with your brethren.

and spoke to them, saying, “Return with much wealth to your tents, with very much livestock, with silver, with gold, with bronze, with iron, and with very much clothing. Divide the plunder of your enemies with your brothers.”

I figliuoli di Ruben, i figliuoli di Gad e la mezza tribù di Manasse dunque se ne tornarono, dopo aver lasciato i figliuoli d’Israele a Sciloh, nel paese di Canaan, per andare nel paese di Galaad, il paese di loro proprietà, del quale avean ricevuto il possesso, dietro il comandamento dato dall’Eterno per mezzo di Mosè.

Y los hijos de Rubén y los hijos de Gad, y la media tribu de Manasés, se tornaron, y partiéronse de los hijos de Israel, de Silo, que está en la tierra de Canaán, para ir á la tierra de Galaad, á la tierra de sus posesiones, de la cual eran poseedores, según la palabra de Jehová por mano de Moisés.

And the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the half tribe of Manasseh returned, and departed from the children of Israel out of Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan, to go unto the country of Gilead, to the land of their possession, whereof they were possessed, according to the word of the LORD by the hand of Moses.

E come giunsero alla regione del Giordano che appartiene al paese di Canaan, i figliuoli di Ruben, i figliuoli di Gad e la mezza tribù di Manasse vi costruirono un altare, presso il Giordano: un grande altare, che colpiva la vista.

Y llegando á los términos del Jordán, que está en la tierra de Canaán, los hijos de Rubén y los hijos de Gad, y la media tribu de Manasés, edificaron allí un altar junto al Jordán, un altar de grande apariencia.

And when they came unto the borders of Jordan, that are in the land of Canaan, the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the half tribe of Manasseh built there an altar by Jordan, a great altar to see to.

I figliuoli d’Israele udirono che si diceva: “Ecco, i figliuoli di Ruben, i figliuoli di Gad e la mezza tribù di Manasse hanno costruito un altare di faccia al paese di Canaan, nella regione del Giordano, dal lato de’ figliuoli d’Israele”.

Y los hijos de Israel oyeron decir como los hijos de Rubén y los hijos de Gad, y la media tribu de Manasés, habían edificado un altar delante de la tierra de Canaán, en los términos del Jordán, al paso de los hijos de Israel:

And the children of Israel heard say, Behold, the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the half tribe of Manasseh have built an altar over against the land of Canaan, in the borders of Jordan, at the passage of the children of Israel.

The children of Israel heard this, “Behold, the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh have built an altar along the border of the land of Canaan, in the region around the Jordan, on the side that belongs to the children of Israel.”

Quando i figliuoli d’Israele udiron questo, tutta la raunanza de’ figliuoli d’Israele si riunì a Sciloh per salire a muover loro guerra.

Lo cual como los hijos de Israel oyeron, juntóse toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel en Silo, para subir á pelear contra ellos.

And when the children of Israel heard of it, the whole congregation of the children of Israel gathered themselves together at Shiloh, to go up to war against them.

E i figliuoli d’Israele mandarono ai figliuoli di Ruben, ai figliuoli di Gad e alla mezza tribù di Manasse, nel paese di Galaad, Fineas, figliuolo del sacerdote Eleazar,

Y enviaron los hijos de Israel á los hijos de Rubén y á los hijos de Gad y á la media tribu de Manasés en la tierra de Galaad, á Phinees hijo de Eleazar sacerdote,

And the children of Israel sent unto the children of Reuben, and to the children of Gad, and to the half tribe of Manasseh, into the land of Gilead, Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest,

e con lui dieci principi, un principe per ciascuna casa paterna di tutte le tribù d’Israele:

Y á diez príncipes con él; un príncipe de cada casa paterna de todas las tribus de Israel, cada uno de los cuales era cabeza de familia de sus padres en la multitud de Israel.

And with him ten princes, of each chief house a prince throughout all the tribes of Israel; and each one was an head of the house of their fathers among the thousands of Israel.

With him were ten princes, one prince of a fathers’ house for each of the tribes of Israel; and they were each head of their fathers’ houses among the thousands of Israel.

tutti eran capi di una casa paterna fra le migliaia d’Israele. Essi andarono dai figliuoli di Ruben, dai figliuoli di Gad e dalla mezza tribù di Manasse nel paese di Galaad, e parlaron con loro dicendo:

Los cuales vinieron á los hijos de Rubén y á los hijos de Gad, y á la media tribu de Manasés, en la tierra de Galaad; y habláronles, diciendo:

And they came unto the children of Reuben, and to the children of Gad, and to the half tribe of Manasseh, unto the land of Gilead, and they spake with them, saying,

“Così ha detto tutta la raunanza dell’Eterno: Che cos’è questa infedeltà che avete commesso contro l’Iddio d’Israele, ritraendovi oggi dal seguire l’Eterno col costruirvi un altare per ribellarvi oggi all’Eterno?

Toda la congregación de Jehová dice así: ¿Qué transgresión es ésta con que prevaricáis contra el Dios de Israel, volviéndoos hoy de seguir á Jehová, edificándoos altar para ser hoy rebeldes contra Jehová?

Thus saith the whole congregation of the LORD, What trespass is this that ye have committed against the God of Israel, to turn away this day from following the LORD, in that ye have builded you an altar, that ye might rebel this day against the LORD?

“The whole congregation of the LORD says, ‘What trespass is this that you have committed against the God of Israel, to turn away today from following the LORD, in that you have built yourselves an altar, to rebel today against the LORD?

E’ ella poca cosa per noi l’iniquità di Peor della quale non ci siamo fino al dì d’oggi purificati e che attirò quella piaga sulla raunanza dell’Eterno? E voi oggi vi ritraete dal seguire l’Eterno!

¿Nos ha sido poco la maldad de Peor, de la que no estamos aún limpios hasta este día, por la cual fué la mortandad en la congregación de Jehová?

Is the iniquity of Peor too little for us, from which we are not cleansed until this day, although there was a plague in the congregation of the LORD,

Avverrà così che, ribellandovi voi oggi all’Eterno, domani egli si adirerà contro tutta la raunanza d’Israele.

Y vosotros os volvéis hoy de seguir á Jehová; mas será que vosotros os rebelaréis hoy contra Jehová, y mañana se airará él contra toda la congregación de Israel.

But that ye must turn away this day from following the LORD? and it will be, seeing ye rebel to day against the LORD, that to morrow he will be wroth with the whole congregation of Israel.

that you must turn away today from following the LORD? It will be, since you rebel today against the LORD, that tomorrow he will be angry with the whole congregation of Israel.

Se reputate impuro il paese che possedete, ebbene, passate nel paese ch’è possesso dell’Eterno, dov’è stabilito il tabernacolo dell’Eterno, e stanziatevi in mezzo a noi; ma non vi ribellate all’Eterno, e non fate di noi dei ribelli, costruendovi un altare oltre l’altare dell’Eterno, del nostro Dio.

Que si os parece que la tierra de vuestra posesión es inmunda, pasaos á la tierra de la posesión de Jehová, en la cual está el tabernáculo de Jehová, y tomad posesión entre nosotros; pero no os rebeléis contra Jehová, ni os rebeléis contra nosotros, edificándoos altar á más del altar de Jehová nuestro Dios.

Notwithstanding, if the land of your possession be unclean, then pass ye over unto the land of the possession of the LORD, wherein the LORD’s tabernacle dwelleth, and take possession among us: but rebel not against the LORD, nor rebel against us, in building you an altar beside the altar of the LORD our God.

However, if the land of your possession is unclean, then pass over to the land of the possession of the LORD, in which the LORD’s tabernacle dwells, and take possession among us; but don’t rebel against the LORD, nor rebel against us, in building an altar other than the LORD our God’s altar.

Acan, figliuolo di Zerah, non commise egli una infedeltà, relativamente all’interdetto, attirando l’ira dell’Eterno su tutta la raunanza d’Israele, talché quell’uomo non fu solo a perire per la sua iniquità?”

¿No cometió Achân, hijo de Zera, prevaricación en el anatema, y vino ira sobre toda la congregación de Israel? y aquel hombre no pereció solo en su iniquidad.

Did not Achan the son of Zerah commit a trespass in the accursed thing, and wrath fell on all the congregation of Israel? and that man perished not alone in his iniquity.

Allora i figliuoli di Ruben, i figliuoli di Gad e la mezza tribù di Manasse risposero e dissero ai capi delle migliaia d’Israele:

Entonces los hijos de Rubén y los hijos de Gad, y la media tribu de Manasés, respondieron y dijeron á los principales de la multitud de Israel:

Then the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the half tribe of Manasseh answered, and said unto the heads of the thousands of Israel,

“Dio, Dio, l’Eterno, Dio, Dio, l’Eterno lo sa, e anche Israele lo saprà. Se abbiamo agito per ribellione, o per infedeltà verso l’Eterno, o Dio, non ci salvare in questo giorno!

El Dios de los dioses, Jehová, el Dios de los dioses, Jehová, él sabe, y sabrá Israel: si por rebelión ó por prevaricación contra Jehová (no nos salves hoy,)

The LORD God of gods, the LORD God of gods, he knoweth, and Israel he shall know; if it be in rebellion, or if in transgression against the LORD, (save us not this day,)

“The Mighty One, God, the LORD, the Mighty One, God, the LORD, he knows; and Israel shall know: if it was in rebellion, or if in trespass against the LORD (don’t save us today),

Se abbiam costruito un altare per ritrarci dal seguire l’Eterno; se è per offrirvi su degli olocausti o delle oblazioni o per farvi su de’ sacrifizi di azioni di grazie, l’Eterno stesso ce ne chieda conto!

Nos hemos edificado altar para tornarnos de en pos de Jehová, ó para sacrificar holocausto ó presente, ó para hacer sobre él sacrificios pacíficos, el mismo Jehová nos lo demande.

That we have built us an altar to turn from following the LORD, or if to offer thereon burnt offering or meat offering, or if to offer peace offerings thereon, let the LORD himself require it;

that we have built us an altar to turn away from following the LORD; or if to offer burnt offering or meal offering, or if to offer sacrifices of peace offerings, let the LORD himself require it.

Egli sa se non l’abbiamo fatto, invece, per tema di questo: che, cioè, in avvenire, i vostri figliuoli potessero dire ai figliuoli nostri: Che avete a far voi con l’Eterno, con l’Iddio d’Israele?

Asimismo, si no lo hicimos por temor de esto, diciendo: Mañana vuestros hijos dirán á nuestros hijos: ¿Qué tenéis vosotros con Jehová el Dios de Israel?;

And if we have not rather done it for fear of this thing, saying, In time to come your children might speak unto our children, saying, What have ye to do with the LORD God of Israel?

“If we have not out of concern done this, and for a reason, saying, ‘In time to come your children might speak to our children, saying, “What have you to do with the LORD, the God of Israel?

L’Eterno ha posto il Giordano come confine tra noi e voi, o figliuoli di Ruben, o figliuoli di Gad; voi non avete parte alcuna nell’Eterno! E così i vostri figliuoli farebbero cessare figliuoli nostri dal temere l’Eterno.

Jehová ha puesto por término el Jordán entre nosotros y vosotros, oh hijos de Rubén é hijos de Gad; no tenéis vosotros parte en Jehová: y así vuestros hijos harán que nuestros hijos no teman á Jehová.

For the LORD hath made Jordan a border between us and you, ye children of Reuben and children of Gad; ye have no part in the LORD: so shall your children make our children cease from fearing the LORD.

For the LORD has made the Jordan a border between us and you, you children of Reuben and children of Gad. You have no portion in the LORD.”’ So your children might make our children cease from fearing the LORD.

Perciò abbiam detto: Mettiamo ora mano a costruirci un altare, non per olocausti né per sacrifizi,

Por esto dijimos: Hagamos ahora por edificarnos un altar, no para holocausto ni para sacrificio,

Therefore we said, Let us now prepare to build us an altar, not for burnt offering, nor for sacrifice:

“Therefore we said, ‘Let’s now prepare to build ourselves an altar, not for burnt offering, nor for sacrifice;

ma perché serva di testimonio fra noi e voi e fra i nostri discendenti dopo noi, che vogliam servire l’Eterno, nel suo cospetto, coi nostri olocausti, coi nostri sacrifizi e con le nostre offerte di azioni di grazie, affinché i vostri figliuoli non abbiano un giorno a dire ai figliuoli nostri: Voi non avete parte alcuna nell’Eterno!

Sino para que sea un testimonio entre nosotros y vosotros, y entre los que vendrán después de nosotros, de que podemos hacer el servicio de Jehová delante de él con nuestros holocaustos, con nuestros sacrificios, y con nuestros pacíficos; y no digan mañana vuestros hijos á los nuestros: Vosotros no tenéis parte en Jehová.

But that it may be a witness between us, and you, and our generations after us, that we might do the service of the LORD before him with our burnt offerings, and with our sacrifices, and with our peace offerings; that your children may not say to our children in time to come, Ye have no part in the LORD.

but it will be a witness between us and you, and between our generations after us, that we may perform the service of the LORD before him with our burnt offerings, with our sacrifices, and with our peace offerings;’ that your children may not tell our children in time to come, ‘You have no portion in the LORD.’

E abbiam detto: Se in avvenire essi diranno questo a noi o ai nostri discendenti, noi risponderemo: Guardate la forma dell’altare dell’Eterno che i nostri padri fecero, non per olocausti né per sacrifizi, ma perché servisse di testimonio fra noi e voi.

Nosotros, pues, dijimos: Si aconteciere que tal digan á nosotros, ó á nuestras generaciones en lo por venir, entonces responderemos: Mirad el símil del altar de Jehová, el cual hicieron nuestros padres, no para holocaustos ó sacrificios, sino para que fuese testimonio entre nosotros y vosotros.

Therefore said we, that it shall be, when they should so say to us or to our generations in time to come, that we may say again, Behold the pattern of the altar of the LORD, which our fathers made, not for burnt offerings, nor for sacrifices; but it is a witness between us and you.

“Therefore we said, ‘It shall be, when they tell us or our generations this in time to come, that we shall say, “Behold the pattern of the LORD’s altar, which our fathers made, not for burnt offering, nor for sacrifice; but it is a witness between us and you.”’

Lungi da noi l’idea di ribellarci all’Eterno e di ritrarci dal seguire l’Eterno, costruendo un altare per olocausti, per oblazioni o per sacrifizi, oltre l’altare dell’Eterno, del nostro Dio, ch’è davanti al suo tabernacolo!”

Nunca tal acontezca que nos rebelemos contra Jehová, ó que nos apartemos hoy de seguir á Jehová, edificando altar para holocaustos, para presente, ó para sacrificio, á más del altar de Jehová nuestro Dios que está delante de su tabernáculo.

God forbid that we should rebel against the LORD, and turn this day from following the LORD, to build an altar for burnt offerings, for meat offerings, or for sacrifices, beside the altar of the LORD our God that is before his tabernacle.

“Far be it from us that we should rebel against the LORD, and turn away today from following the LORD, to build an altar for burnt offering, for meal offering, or for sacrifice, besides the LORD our God’s altar that is before his tabernacle!”

Quando il sacerdote Fineas, e i principi della raunanza, i capi delle migliaia d’Israele ch’eran con lui, ebbero udito le parole dette dai figliuoli di Ruben, dai figliuoli di Gad e dai figliuoli di Manasse, rimasero soddisfatti.

Y oyendo Phinees el sacerdote y los príncipes de la congregación, y las cabezas de la multitud de Israel que con él estaban, las palabras que hablaron los hijos de Rubén y los hijos de Gad y los hijos de Manasés, fueron contentos de ello.

And when Phinehas the priest, and the princes of the congregation and heads of the thousands of Israel which were with him, heard the words that the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the children of Manasseh spake, it pleased them.

When Phinehas the priest, and the princes of the congregation, even the heads of the thousands of Israel that were with him, heard the words that the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the children of Manasseh spoke, it pleased them well.

E Fineas, figliuolo del sacerdote Eleazar, disse ai figliuoli di Ruben, ai figliuoli di Gad e ai figliuoli di Manasse: “Oggi riconosciamo che l’Eterno è in mezzo a noi, poiché non avete commesso questa infedeltà verso l’Eterno; così avete scampato i figliuoli d’Israele dalla mano dell’Eterno”.

Y dijo Phinees hijo del sacerdote Eleazar, á los hijos de Rubén, á los hijos de Gad, y á los hijos de Manasés: Hoy hemos entendido que Jehová está entre nosotros, pues que no habéis intentado esta traición contra Jehová. Ahora habéis librado á los hijos de Israel de la mano de Jehová.

And Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest said unto the children of Reuben, and to the children of Gad, and to the children of Manasseh, This day we perceive that the LORD is among us, because ye have not committed this trespass against the LORD: now ye have delivered the children of Israel out of the hand of the LORD.

Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest said to the children of Reuben, to the children of Gad, and to the children of Manasseh, “Today we know that the LORD is among us, because you have not committed this trespass against the LORD. Now you have delivered the children of Israel out of the LORD’s hand.”

E Fineas, figliuolo del sacerdote Eleazar, e i principi si partirono dai figliuoli di Ruben e dai figliuoli di Gad e tornarono dal paese di Galaad al paese di Canaan presso i figliuoli d’Israele, ai quali riferiron l’accaduto.

Y Phinees hijo del sacerdote Eleazar, y los príncipes, volviéronse de con los hijos de Rubén, y de con los hijos de Gad, de la tierra de Galaad á la tierra de Canaán, á los hijos de Israel: á los cuales dieron la respuesta.

And Phinehas the son of Eleazar the priest, and the princes, returned from the children of Reuben, and from the children of Gad, out of the land of Gilead, unto the land of Canaan, to the children of Israel, and brought them word again.

La cosa piacque ai figliuoli d’Israele, i quali benedissero Dio, e non parlaron più di salire a muover guerra ai figliuoli di Ruben e di Gad per devastare il paese ch’essi abitavano.

Y los hijos de Rubén y los hijos de Gad pusieron por nombre al altar Ed; porque es testimonio entre nosotros que Jehová es Dios.

And the children of Reuben and the children of Gad called the altar Ed: for it shall be a witness between us that the LORD is God.
