Aber die Manner jagten ihnen nach auf dem Wege zum Jordan bis an die Furt. Und man schlod das Tor zu, da die hinaus waren, die ihnen nachjagten.

Y los hombres fueron tras ellos por el camino del Jordán, hasta los vados: y la puerta fué cerrada después que salieron los que tras ellos iban.

And the men pursued after them the way to Jordan unto the fords: and as soon as they which pursued after them were gone out, they shut the gate.

The men pursued them along the way to the fords of the Jordan River. As soon as those who pursued them had gone out, they shut the gate.
