Josué 2

Da (und) folgten die Männer ihnen die Straße †entlang zum Jordan bis zu den Furten. Aber (und) sie (man) schlossen das Tor hinter sich (ihnen), als sie hinausgingen (hinausgegangen waren) †und hinter ihnen herliefen (verfolgten, suchten).

Y los hombres fueron tras ellos por el camino del Jordán, hasta los vados: y la puerta fué cerrada después que salieron los que tras ellos iban.

And the men pursued after them the way to Jordan unto the fords: and as soon as they which pursued after them were gone out, they shut the gate.

The men pursued them along the way to the fords of the Jordan River. As soon as those who pursued them had gone out, they shut the gate.
