Und ehe denn die Manner sich schlafen legten, stieg sie zu ihnen hinauf auf das Dach

Mas antes que ellos durmiesen, ella subió á ellos al terrado, y díjoles:

And before they were laid down, she came up unto them upon the roof;

Before they had lain down, she came up to them on the roof.
