Josué 3

Darauf ließ Josua am andern Morgen früh aufbrechen, und sie kamen von Sittim an den Jordan, er mit allen Israeliten; und sie blieben dort über Nacht, ehe sie hinüberzogen.

Y LEVANTÓSE Josué de mañana, y partieron de Sittim, y vinieron hasta el Jordán, él y todos los hijos de Israel, y reposaron allí antes que pasasen.

And Joshua rose early in the morning; and they removed from Shittim, and came to Jordan, he and all the children of Israel, and lodged there before they passed over.

Joshua got up early in the morning; and they moved from Shittim and came to the Jordan, he and all the children of Israel. They camped there before they crossed over.

Nach drei Tagen aber gingen die Obmänner im ganzen Lager hin und her

Y pasados tres días, los oficiales atravesaron por medio del campo,

And it came to pass after three days, that the officers went through the host;

After three days, the officers went through the middle of the camp;

und gaben dem Volke folgenden Befehl: »Sobald ihr die Bundeslade des HERRN, eures Gottes, erblickt, wie sie von den levitischen Priestern aufgehoben wird, so brecht auch ihr von eurem Standort auf und zieht hinter ihr her;

Y mandaron al pueblo, diciendo: Cuando viereis el arca del pacto de Jehová vuestro Dios, y los sacerdotes y Levitas que la llevan, vosotros partiréis de vuestro lugar, y marcharéis en pos de ella.

And they commanded the people, saying, When ye see the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, and the priests the Levites bearing it, then ye shall remove from your place, and go after it.

and they commanded the people, saying, “When you see the ark of the LORD your God’s covenant, and the Levitical priests bearing it, then leave your place and follow it.

doch muß zwischen euch und ihr ein Abstand von etwa zweitausend Ellen bleiben – ihr dürft ihr nicht zu nahe kommen –, damit ihr den Weg wisset, den ihr einzuschlagen habt; denn ihr seid bisher noch nie auf solchem Wege gezogen.«

Empero entre vosotros y ella haya distancia como de la medida de dos mil codos: y no os acercaréis á ella, á fin de que sepáis el camino por donde habéis de ir: por cuanto vosotros no habéis pasado antes de ahora por este camino.

Yet there shall be a space between you and it, about two thousand cubits by measure: come not near unto it, that ye may know the way by which ye must go: for ye have not passed this way heretofore.

Yet there shall be a space between you and it of about two thousand cubits by measure—don’t come closer to it—that you may know the way by which you must go; for you have not passed this way before.”

Weiter befahl Josua dem Volke: »Heiligt euch, denn morgen wird der HERR Wunder unter euch tun!«

Y Josué dijo al pueblo: Santificaos, porque Jehová hará mañana entre vosotros maravillas.

And Joshua said unto the people, Sanctify yourselves: for to morrow the LORD will do wonders among you.

Joshua said to the people, “Sanctify yourselves; for tomorrow the LORD will do wonders among you.”

Dann gab Josua den Priestern die Weisung: »Hebt die Bundeslade auf und zieht vor dem Volke her hinüber!« Da hoben sie die Bundeslade auf und zogen vor dem Volke einher.

Y habló Josué á los sacerdotes, diciendo: Tomad el arca del pacto, y pasad delante del pueblo. Y ellos tomaron el arca del pacto, y fueron delante del pueblo.

And Joshua spake unto the priests, saying, Take up the ark of the covenant, and pass over before the people. And they took up the ark of the covenant, and went before the people.

Joshua spoke to the priests, saying, “Take up the ark of the covenant, and cross over before the people.” They took up the ark of the covenant, and went before the people.

Der HERR aber sagte zu Josua: »Heute will ich anfangen, dich in den Augen von ganz Israel groß zu machen, damit sie erkennen, daß ich mit dir sein werde, wie ich mit Mose gewesen bin.

Entonces Jehová dijo á Josué: Desde aqueste día comenzaré á hacerte grande delante de los ojos de todo Israel, para que entiendan que como fuí con Moisés, así seré contigo.

And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day will I begin to magnify thee in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee.

The LORD said to Joshua, “Today I will begin to magnify you in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that as I was with Moses, so I will be with you.

Gib du nun den Priestern, welche die Bundeslade tragen, folgenden Befehl: ›Wenn ihr beim Jordan an den Rand des Wassers gekommen seid, so bleibt am Jordan stehen!‹«

Tú, pues, mandarás á los sacerdotes que llevan el arca del pacto, diciendo: Cuando hubiereis entrado hasta el borde del agua del Jordán, pararéis en el Jordán.

And thou shalt command the priests that bear the ark of the covenant, saying, When ye are come to the brink of the water of Jordan, ye shall stand still in Jordan.

You shall command the priests who bear the ark of the covenant, saying, ‘When you come to the brink of the waters of the Jordan, you shall stand still in the Jordan.’”

Dann sagte Josua zu den Israeliten: »Tretet herzu und vernehmt die Worte des HERRN, eures Gottes!«

Y Josué dijo á los hijos de Israel: Llegaos acá, y escuchad las palabras de Jehová vuestro Dios.

And Joshua said unto the children of Israel, Come hither, and hear the words of the LORD your God.

Joshua said to the children of Israel, “Come here, and hear the words of the LORD your God.”

Dann hielt Josua folgende Ansprache: »Daran sollt ihr erkennen, daß ein lebendiger Gott in eurer Mitte ist und daß er die Kanaanäer, Hethiter, Hewiter, Pherissiter, Girgasiter, Amoriter und Jebusiter gewißlich vor euch her vertreiben wird:

Y añadió Josué: En esto conoceréis que el Dios viviente está en medio de vosotros, y que él echará de delante de vosotros al Cananeo, y al Heteo, y al Heveo, y al Pherezeo, y al Gergeseo, y al Amorrheo, y al Jebuseo.

And Joshua said, Hereby ye shall know that the living God is among you, and that he will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Hivites, and the Perizzites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Jebusites.

Joshua said, “By this you shall know that the living God is among you, and that he will without fail drive the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Hivite, the Perizzite, the Girgashite, the Amorite, and the Jebusite out from before you.

sehet, die Bundeslade des Herrn der ganzen Erde wird vor euch her durch den Jordan ziehen.

He aquí, el arca del pacto del Señoreador de toda la tierra pasa el Jordán delante de vosotros.

Behold, the ark of the covenant of the Lord of all the earth passeth over before you into Jordan.

Behold, the ark of the covenant of the Lord of all the earth passes over before you into the Jordan.

So wählt euch nun zwölf Männer aus den Stämmen Israels, aus jedem Stamm einen Mann.

Tomad, pues, ahora doce hombres de las tribus de Israel, de cada tribu uno.

Now therefore take you twelve men out of the tribes of Israel, out of every tribe a man.

Sobald dann die Fußsohlen der Priester, welche die Lade Gottes, des Herrn der ganzen Erde, tragen, in das Wasser des Jordans eintauchen, wird das Wasser des Jordans, nämlich das Wasser, das von oben her zufließt, auf einmal von dem übrigen Wasser abgeschnitten werden und wie ein einziger Damm stehenbleiben.«

Y cuando las plantas de los pies de los sacerdotes que llevan el arca de Jehová Señoreador de toda la tierra, fueren asentadas sobre las aguas del Jordán, las aguas del Jordán se partirán: porque las aguas que vienen de arriba se detendrán en un montón.

And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the LORD, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap.

It shall be that when the soles of the feet of the priests who bear the ark of GOD, the Lord of all the earth, rest in the waters of the Jordan, that the waters of the Jordan will be cut off. The waters that come down from above shall stand in one heap.”

Als nun das Volk aus seinen Zelten aufbrach, um über den Jordan zu ziehen, indem die Priester die Bundeslade vor dem Volke her trugen,

Y aconteció, que partiendo el pueblo de sus tiendas para pasar el Jordán, y los sacerdotes delante del pueblo llevando el arca del pacto,

And it came to pass, when the people removed from their tents, to pass over Jordan, and the priests bearing the ark of the covenant before the people;

When the people moved from their tents to pass over the Jordan, the priests who bore the ark of the covenant being before the people,

und als die Träger der Lade an den Jordan kamen und die Füße der Priester, der Träger der Lade, in den Rand des Wassers eintauchten – der Jordan ist aber während der ganzen Erntezeit vollströmend bis über alle seine Ufer hinaus –,

Cuando los que llevaban el arca entraron en el Jordán, así como los pies de los sacerdotes que llevaban el arca fueron mojados á la orilla del agua, (porque el Jordán suele reverter sobre todos sus bordes todo el tiempo de la siega,)

And as they that bare the ark were come unto Jordan, and the feet of the priests that bare the ark were dipped in the brim of the water, (for Jordan overfloweth all his banks all the time of harvest,)

and when those who bore the ark had come to the Jordan, and the feet of the priests who bore the ark had dipped in the edge of the water (for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the time of harvest),

da blieb das von oben her zufließende Wasser stehen: es erhob sich wie ein einziger Damm in weiter Entfernung bei der Ortschaft Adam, die seitwärts von Zarthan liegt; dagegen das nach dem Steppensee, dem Toten Meer, hinabfließende Wasser verlief sich völlig. So zog denn das Volk hindurch, Jericho gegenüber.

Las aguas que venían de arriba, se pararon como en un montón bien lejos de la ciudad de Adam, que está al lado de Sarethan; y las que descendían á la mar de los llanos, al mar Salado, se acabaron y fueron partidas; y el pueblo pasó en derecho de Jericó.

That the waters which came down from above stood and rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that is beside Zaretan: and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, even the salt sea, failed, and were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho.

the waters which came down from above stood, and rose up in one heap a great way off, at Adam, the city that is beside Zarethan; and those that went down toward the sea of the Arabah, even the Salt Sea, were wholly cut off. Then the people passed over near Jericho.

Die Priester aber, welche die Bundeslade des HERRN trugen, standen festen Fußes mitten im Jordan auf trockenem Boden, während ganz Israel trockenen Fußes hindurchzog, bis das ganze Volk den Übergang über den Jordan vollständig bewerkstelligt hatte.

Mas los sacerdotes que llevaban el arca del pacto de Jehová, estuvieron en seco, firmes en medio del Jordán, hasta que todo el pueblo hubo acabado de pasar el Jordán; y todo Israel pasó en seco.

And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed over on dry ground, until all the people were passed clean over Jordan.

The priests who bore the ark of the LORD’s covenant stood firm on dry ground in the middle of the Jordan; and all Israel crossed over on dry ground, until all the nation had passed completely over the Jordan.
