Josué 5

E il Signore disse a Giosuè: Oggi io vi ho tolto d'addosso il vituperio di Egitto. Ed egli pose nome a quel luogo, Ghilgal, il quale dura fino a questo giorno.

Y Jehová dijo á Josué: Hoy he quitado de vosotros el oprobio de Egipto: por lo cual el nombre de aquel lugar fué llamado Gilgal, hasta hoy.

And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Wherefore the name of the place is called Gilgal unto this day.

The LORD said to Joshua, “Today I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you.” Therefore the name of that place was called Gilgal to this day.
