2Josué envió hombres desde el campamento cerca de Jericó a la ciudad de Hai, que está cerca de Bet-avén, al este de Bet-el. “Vayan y exploren la tierra”, les dijo. Así que fueron y exploraron alrededor de Hai.

2Y Josué envió hombres desde Jericó á Hai, que estaba junto á Beth-aven hacia el oriente de Beth-el; y hablóles diciendo: Subid, y reconoced la tierra. Y ellos subieron, y reconocieron á Hai.

2And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Beth-aven, on the east side of Beth-el, and spake unto them, saying, Go up and view the country. And the men went up and viewed Ai.
World English Bible
2Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Beth Aven, on the east side of Bethel, and spoke to them, saying, “Go up and spy out the land.” The men went up and spied out Ai.
