Josué 7

Aber die Kinder Israel vergriffen sich an dem Gebannten; denn Achan, der Sohn Karmis, des Sohnes Sabdis, des Sohnes Serachs, vom Stamme Juda, nahm etwas von dem Gebannten. Da ergrimmte der Zorn des HERRN über die Kinder Israel.

EMPERO los hijos de Israel cometieron prevaricación en el anatema: porque Achân, hijo de Carmi, hijo de Zabdi, hijo de Zera, de la tribu de Judá, tomó del anatema; y la ira de Jehová se encendió contra los hijos de Israel.

But the children of Israel committed a trespass in the accursed thing: for Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took of the accursed thing: and the anger of the LORD was kindled against the children of Israel.

But the children of Israel committed a trespass in the devoted things; for Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took some of the devoted things. Therefore the LORD’s anger burned against the children of Israel.

Als nun Josua Männer aussandte von Jericho gen Ai, das bei Beth-Aven, östlich von Bethel liegt, sprach er zu ihnen also: Gehet hinauf und kundschaftet das Land aus! Und sie gingen hinauf und kundschafteten Ai aus.

Y Josué envió hombres desde Jericó á Hai, que estaba junto á Beth-aven hacia el oriente de Beth-el; y hablóles diciendo: Subid, y reconoced la tierra. Y ellos subieron, y reconocieron á Hai.

And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Beth-aven, on the east side of Beth-el, and spake unto them, saying, Go up and view the country. And the men went up and viewed Ai.

Und da sie wieder zu Josua kamen, sprachen sie zu ihm: Lasse nicht das ganze Volk hinaufziehen; etwa zwei oder dreitausend Mann mögen hinaufziehen und Ai schlagen, daß nicht das ganze Volk sich dahin bemühe; denn ihrer sind wenige!

Y volviendo á Josué, dijéronle: No suba todo el pueblo, mas suban como dos mil ó como tres mil hombres, y tomarán á Hai: no fatigues á todo el pueblo allí, porque son pocos.

And they returned to Joshua, and said unto him, Let not all the people go up; but let about two or three thousand men go up and smite Ai; and make not all the people to labour thither; for they are but few.

They returned to Joshua, and said to him, “Don’t let all the people go up, but let about two or three thousand men go up and strike Ai. Don’t make all the people to toil there, for there are only a few of them.”

Also zogen vom Volke bei dreitausend Mann hinauf; sie flohen aber vor den Männern zu Ai.

Y subieron allá del pueblo como tres mil hombres, los cuales huyeron delante de los de Hai.

So there went up thither of the people about three thousand men: and they fled before the men of Ai.

So about three thousand men of the people went up there, and they fled before the men of Ai.

Und die Männer von Ai erschlugen ihrer bei sechsunddreißig Mann, und jagten ihnen nach vor dem Tor bis gen Sebarim und schlugen sie am Abhang. Da ward das Herz des Volkes verzagt und ward wie Wasser.

Y los de Hai hirieron de ellos como treinta y seis hombres, y siguiéronlos desde la puerta hasta Sebarim, y los rompieron en la bajada: por lo que se disolvió el corazón del pueblo, y vino á ser como agua.

And the men of Ai smote of them about thirty and six men: for they chased them from before the gate even unto Shebarim, and smote them in the going down: wherefore the hearts of the people melted, and became as water.

The men of Ai struck about thirty-six men of them. They chased them from before the gate even to Shebarim, and struck them at the descent. The hearts of the people melted, and became like water.

Josua aber zerriß seine Kleider und fiel auf sein Angesicht zur Erde vor der Lade des HERRN, bis zum Abend, er und die Ältesten Israels, und sie warfen Staub auf ihre Häupter.

Entonces Josué rompió sus vestidos, y postróse en tierra sobre su rostro delante del arca de Jehová hasta la tarde, él y los ancianos de Israel; y echaron polvo sobre sus cabezas.

And Joshua rent his clothes, and fell to the earth upon his face before the ark of the LORD until the eventide, he and the elders of Israel, and put dust upon their heads.

Joshua tore his clothes, and fell to the earth on his face before the LORD’s ark until the evening, he and the elders of Israel; and they put dust on their heads.

Und Josua sprach: Ach, Herr, HERR, warum hast du doch dieses Volk über den Jordan geführt, daß du uns in die Hände der Amoriter gebest, uns umzubringen? O daß wir doch jenseits des Jordan geblieben wären!

Y Josué dijo: ¡Ah, Señor Jehová! ¿Por qué hiciste pasar á este pueblo el Jordán, para entregarnos en las manos de los Amorrheos, que nos destruyan? ¡Ojalá nos hubiéramos quedado de la otra parte del Jordán!

And Joshua said, Alas, O Lord GOD, wherefore hast thou at all brought this people over Jordan, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us? would to God we had been content, and dwelt on the other side Jordan!

Joshua said, “Alas, Lord GOD, why have you brought this people over the Jordan at all, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to cause us to perish? I wish that we had been content and lived beyond the Jordan!

Ach, Herr, was soll ich sagen, nachdem Israel seinen Feinden den Rücken gekehrt hat?

¡Ay Señor! ¿qué diré, ya que Israel ha vuelto las espaldas delante de sus enemigos?

O Lord, what shall I say, when Israel turneth their backs before their enemies!

Oh, Lord, what shall I say, after Israel has turned their backs before their enemies?

Wenn das die Kanaaniter und alle Einwohner des Landes hören, so werden sie uns umzingeln und unsern Namen von der Erde ausrotten! Was fügst du da deinem großen Namen zu?

Porque los Cananeos y todos los moradores de la tierra oirán, y nos cercarán, y raerán nuestro nombre de sobre la tierra: entonces ¿qué harás tú á tu grande nombre?

For the Canaanites and all the inhabitants of the land shall hear of it, and shall environ us round, and cut off our name from the earth: and what wilt thou do unto thy great name?

For the Canaanites and all the inhabitants of the land will hear of it, and will surround us, and cut off our name from the earth. What will you do for your great name?”

Da sprach der HERR zu Josua: Steh auf, warum liegst du so auf deinem Angesicht?

Y Jehová dijo á Josué: Levántate; ¿por qué te postras así sobre tu rostro?

And the LORD said unto Joshua, Get thee up; wherefore liest thou thus upon thy face?

The LORD said to Joshua, “Get up! Why have you fallen on your face like that?

Israel hat sich versündigt, sie haben auch meinen Bund übertreten, den ich ihnen geboten habe, indem sie von dem Gebannten genommen und davon gestohlen und es verheimlicht und unter ihre Geräte gelegt haben!

Israel ha pecado, y aun han quebrantado mi pacto que yo les había mandado; pues aun han tomado del anatema, y hasta han hurtado, y también han mentido, y aun lo han guardado entre sus enseres.

Israel hath sinned, and they have also transgressed my covenant which I commanded them: for they have even taken of the accursed thing, and have also stolen, and dissembled also, and they have put it even among their own stuff.

Israel has sinned. Yes, they have even transgressed my covenant which I commanded them. Yes, they have even taken some of the devoted things, and have also stolen, and also deceived. They have even put it among their own stuff.

Darum können die Kinder Israel vor ihren Feinden nicht bestehen, sonder müssen ihren Feinden den Rücken kehren; denn sie sind unter dem Bann. Ich werde künftig nicht mit euch sein, wenn ihr nicht das Gebannte aus eurer Mitte vertilgt!

Por esto los hijos de Israel no podrán estar delante de sus enemigos, sino que delante de sus enemigos volverán las espaldas; por cuanto han venido á ser anatema: ni seré más con vosotros, si no destruyereis el anatema de en medio de vosotros.

Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you.

Therefore the children of Israel can’t stand before their enemies. They turn their backs before their enemies, because they have become devoted for destruction. I will not be with you any more, unless you destroy the devoted things from among you.

Steh auf, heilige das Volk und sprich: Heiliget euch auf morgen; denn also spricht der HERR, der Gott Israels: Es ist Gebanntes unter dir, Israel; du kannst vor deinen Feinden nicht bestehen, bis ihr das Gebannte von euch tut!

Levántate, santifica al pueblo, y di: Santificaos para mañana; porque Jehová el Dios de Israel dice así: Anatema hay en medio de ti, Israel; no podrás estar delante de tus enemigos, hasta tanto que hayáis quitado el anatema de en medio de vosotros.

Up, sanctify the people, and say, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow: for thus saith the LORD God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Israel: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from among you.

Get up! Sanctify the people, and say, ‘Sanctify yourselves for tomorrow, for the LORD, the God of Israel, says, “There is a devoted thing among you, Israel. You cannot stand before your enemies until you take away the devoted thing from among you.”

Und ihr sollt euch früh herzumachen, ein Stamm nach dem andern; und welchen Stamm der HERR treffen wird, der soll sich herzumachen, ein Haus nach dem andern. Und welches Haus der HERR treffen wird, das soll sich herzumachen, ein Mann nach dem andern.

Os allegaréis, pues, mañana por vuestras tribus; y la tribu que Jehová tomare, se allegará por sus familias; y la familia que Jehová tomare, se allegará por sus casas; y la casa que Jehová tomare, allegaráse por los varones;

In the morning therefore ye shall be brought according to your tribes: and it shall be, that the tribe which the LORD taketh shall come according to the families thereof; and the family which the LORD shall take shall come by households; and the household which the LORD shall take shall come man by man.

In the morning therefore you shall be brought near by your tribes. It shall be that the tribe which the LORD selects shall come near by families. The family which the LORD selects shall come near by households. The household which the LORD selects shall come near man by man.

Und wer im Besitze des Gebannten erfunden wird, den soll man mit Feuer verbrennen samt allem, was er hat, weil er den Bund des HERRN übertreten und eine Schandtat in Israel begangen hat!

Y el que fuere cogido en el anatema, será quemado á fuego, él y todo lo que tiene, por cuanto ha quebrantado el pacto de Jehová, y ha cometido maldad en Israel.

And it shall be, that he that is taken with the accursed thing shall be burnt with fire, he and all that he hath: because he hath transgressed the covenant of the LORD, and because he hath wrought folly in Israel.

It shall be, that he who is taken with the devoted thing shall be burned with fire, he and all that he has, because he has transgressed the LORD’s covenant, and because he has done a disgraceful thing in Israel.’”

Da machte sich Josua am Morgen früh auf und brachte Israel herzu, einen Stamm nach dem andern; und es ward getroffen der Stamm Juda.

Josué, pues, levantándose de mañana, hizo allegar á Israel por sus tribus; y fué tomada la tribu de Judá;

So Joshua rose up early in the morning, and brought Israel by their tribes; and the tribe of Judah was taken:

Und als er die Geschlechter in Juda herzubrachte, ward getroffen das Geschlecht der Serachiter. Und als er das Geschlecht der Serachiter herzubrachte, einen Mann nach dem andern, ward getroffen Sabdi.

Y haciendo allegar la tribu de Judá, fué tomada la familia de los de Zera; haciendo luego allegar la familia de los de Zera por los varones, fué tomado Zabdi;

And he brought the family of Judah; and he took the family of the Zarhites: and he brought the family of the Zarhites man by man; and Zabdi was taken:

He brought near the family of Judah, and he selected the family of the Zerahites. He brought near the family of the Zerahites man by man, and Zabdi was selected.

Und als er desselben Haus herzubrachte, einen Mann nach dem andern, ward getroffen Achan, der Sohn Karmis, des Sohnes Sabdis, des Sohnes Serachs, aus dem Stamme Juda.

E hizo allegar su casa por los varones, y fué tomado Achân, hijo de Carmi, hijo de Zabdi, hijo de Zera, de la tribu de Judá.

And he brought his household man by man; and Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, was taken.

He brought near his household man by man, and Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, was selected.

Und Josua sprach zu Achan: Mein Sohn, gib doch dem HERRN, dem Gott Israels, die Ehre, und bekenne es vor ihm und sage mir: Was hast du getan? Verbirg es nicht vor mir!

Entonces Josué dijo á Achân: Hijo mío, da gloria ahora á Jehová el Dios de Israel, y dale alabanza, y declárame ahora lo que has hecho; no me lo encubras.

And Joshua said unto Achan, My son, give, I pray thee, glory to the LORD God of Israel, and make confession unto him; and tell me now what thou hast done; hide it not from me.

Joshua said to Achan, “My son, please give glory to the LORD, the God of Israel, and make confession to him. Tell me now what you have done! Don’t hide it from me!”

Da antwortete Achan dem Josua und sprach: Wahrlich, ich habe mich an dem HERRN, dem Gott Israels, versündigt; so und so habe ich getan:

Y Achân respondió á Josué, diciendo: Verdaderamente yo he pecado contra Jehová el Dios de Israel, y he hecho así y así:

And Achan answered Joshua, and said, Indeed I have sinned against the LORD God of Israel, and thus and thus have I done:

Achan answered Joshua, and said, “I have truly sinned against the LORD, the God of Israel, and this is what I have done.

Ich sah unter dem Raub einen köstlichen babylonischen Mantel und zweihundert Schekel Silber und eine goldene Zunge, fünfzig Schekel schwer; dessen gelüstete mich, und ich nahm es; und siehe, es ist mitten in meiner Hütte in die Erde vergraben, und das Silber darunter.

Que vi entre los despojos un manto babilónico muy bueno, y doscientos siclos de plata, y un changote de oro de peso de cincuenta siclos; lo cual codicié, y tomé: y he aquí que está escondido debajo de tierra en el medio de mi tienda, y el dinero debajo de ello.

When I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonish garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and, behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and the silver under it.

When I saw among the plunder a beautiful Babylonian robe, two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold weighing fifty shekels, then I coveted them and took them. Behold, they are hidden in the ground in the middle of my tent, with the silver under it.”

Da sandte Josua Boten hin; die liefen zur Hütte, und siehe, es war in seiner Hütte verborgen, und das Silber darunter.

Josué entonces envió mensajeros, los cuales fueron corriendo á la tienda; y he aquí estaba escondido en su tienda, y el dinero debajo de ello:

So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran unto the tent; and, behold, it was hid in his tent, and the silver under it.

Und sie nahmen es aus der Hütte und brachten es zu Josua und zu allen Kindern Israel und schütteten es aus vor dem HERRN.

Y tomándolo de en medio de la tienda, trajéronlo á Josué y á todos los hijos de Israel, y pusiéronlo delante de Jehová.

And they took them out of the midst of the tent, and brought them unto Joshua, and unto all the children of Israel, and laid them out before the LORD.

They took them from the middle of the tent, and brought them to Joshua and to all the children of Israel. They laid them down before the LORD.

Da nahm Josua Achan, den Sohn Serachs, samt dem Silber, dem Mantel und der goldenen Zunge, seine Söhne und seine Töchter, auch seine Ochsen, seine Esel und Schafe, samt seiner Hütte und allem, was er hatte; und ganz Israel war mit ihm, und sie führten sie in das Tal Achor hinauf.

Entonces Josué, y todo Israel con él, tomó á Achân hijo de Zera, y el dinero, y el manto, y el changote de oro, y sus hijos, y sus hijas, y sus bueyes, y sus asnos, y sus ovejas, y su tienda, y todo cuanto tenía, y lleváronlo todo al valle de Achôr;

And Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver, and the garment, and the wedge of gold, and his sons, and his daughters, and his oxen, and his asses, and his sheep, and his tent, and all that he had: and they brought them unto the valley of Achor.

Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, the silver, the robe, the wedge of gold, his sons, his daughters, his cattle, his donkeys, his sheep, his tent, and all that he had; and they brought them up to the valley of Achor.

Und Josua sprach: Wie du uns ins Unglück gebracht hast, so bringe dich der HERR ins Unglück an diesem Tag! Und ganz Israel steinigte ihn und verbrannte ihn mit Feuer, samt allem, was er hatte, und warf Steine auf ihn.

Y dijo Josué: ¿Por qué nos has turbado? Túrbete Jehová en este día. Y todos los Israelitas los apedrearon, y los quemaron á fuego, después de apedrearlos con piedras;

And Joshua said, Why hast thou troubled us? the LORD shall trouble thee this day. And all Israel stoned him with stones, and burned them with fire, after they had stoned them with stones.

Joshua said, “Why have you troubled us? The LORD will trouble you today.” All Israel stoned him with stones, and they burned them with fire and stoned them with stones.

Und sie errichteten über ihm einen großen Steinhaufen, †der bis auf diesen Tag †dort geblieben ist. Und der HERR ließ ab von dem Grimm seines Zorns. Daher heißt jener Ort Tal Achor bis auf diesen Tag.

And they raised over him a great heap of stones unto this day. So the LORD turned from the fierceness of his anger. Wherefore the name of that place was called, The valley of Achor, unto this day.
