Judas 1

Giuda, servitore di Gesù Cristo e fratello di Giacomo, ai chiamati che sono amati in Dio Padre e custoditi da Gesù Cristo,

JUDAS, siervo de Jesucristo, y hermano de Jacobo, á los llamados, santificados en Dios Padre, y conservados en Jesucristo:

Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:

Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ:

misericordia e pace e carità vi sian moltiplicate.

Misericordia, y paz, y amor os sean multiplicados.

Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.

May mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.

Diletti, ponendo io ogni studio nello scrivervi della nostra comune salvazione, mi sono trovato costretto a scrivervi per esortarvi a combattere strenuamente per la fede, che è stata una volta per sempre tramandata ai santi.

Amados, por la gran solicitud que tenía de escribiros de la común salud, me ha sido necesario escribiros amonestándoos que contendáis eficazmente por la fe que ha sido una vez dada á los santos.

Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

Beloved, while I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I was constrained to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.

Poiché si sono intrusi fra noi certi uomini, (per i quali già ab antico è scritta questa condanna), empi che volgon in dissolutezza la grazia del nostro Dio e negano il nostro unico Padrone e Signore Gesù Cristo.

Porque algunos hombres han entrado encubiertamente, los cuales desde antes habían estado ordenados para esta condenación, hombres impíos, convirtiendo la gracia de nuestro Dios en disolución, y negando á Dios que solo es el que tiene dominio, y á nuestro Señor Jesucristo.

For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

For there are certain men who crept in secretly, even those who were long ago written about for this condemnation: ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into indecency, and denying our only Master, God, and Lord, Jesus Christ.

Or voglio ricordare a voi che avete da tempo conosciuto tutto questo, che il Signore, dopo aver tratto in salvo il popolo dal paese di Egitto, fece in seguito perire quelli che non credettero,

Os quiero pues amonestar, ya que alguna vez habéis sabido esto, que el Señor habiendo salvado al pueblo de Egipto, después destruyó á los que no creían:

I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.

Now I desire to remind you, though you already know this, that the Lord, having saved a people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who didn’t believe.

e che Egli ha serbato in catene eterne, nelle tenebre, per il giudicio del gran giorno, gli angeli che non serbarono la loro dignità primiera, ma lasciarono la loro propria dimora.

Y á los ángeles que no guardaron su dignidad, mas dejaron su habitación, los ha reservado debajo de oscuridad en prisiones eternas hasta el juicio del gran día:

And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Angels who didn’t keep their first domain, but deserted their own dwelling place, he has kept in everlasting bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day.

Nello stesso modo Sodoma e Gomorra e le città circonvicine, essendosi abbandonate alla fornicazione nella stessa maniera di costoro ed essendo andate dietro a vizi contro natura, sono poste come un esempio, portando la pena d’un fuoco eterno.

Como Sodoma y Gomorra, y las ciudades comarcanas, las cuales de la misma manera que ellos habían fornicado, y habían seguido la carne extraña, fueron puestas por ejemplo, sufriendo el juicio del fuego eterno.

Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Even as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, having in the same way as these given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are shown as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire.

E ciò nonostante, anche costoro, nello stesso modo, trasognati, mentre contaminano la carne, disprezzano l’autorità e dicon male della dignità.

De la misma manera también estos soñadores amancillan la carne, y menosprecian la potestad, y vituperan las potestades superiores.

Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.

Yet in the same way, these also in their dreaming defile the flesh, despise authority, and slander celestial beings.

Invece, l’arcangelo Michele quando, contendendo col diavolo, disputava circa il corpo di Mosè, non ardì lanciare contro a lui un giudizio ingiurioso, ma disse: Ti sgridi il Signore!

Pero cuando el arcángel Miguel contendía con el diablo, disputando sobre el cuerpo de Moisés, no se atrevió á usar de juicio de maldición contra él, sino que dijo: El Señor te reprenda.

Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.

But Michael, the archangel, when contending with the devil and arguing about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him an abusive condemnation, but said, “May the Lord rebuke you!”

Ma costoro dicon male di tutte le cose che non sanno; e in quelle che sanno per natura, come le bestie senza ragione, si corrompono.

Pero éstos maldicen las cosas que no conocen; y las cosas que naturalmente conocen, se corrompen en ellas, como bestias brutas.

But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

But these speak evil of whatever things they don’t know. They are destroyed in these things that they understand naturally, like the creatures without reason.

Guai a loro! Perché si sono incamminati per la via di Caino, e per amor di lucro si son gettati nei traviamenti di Balaam, e son periti per la ribellione di Core.

¡Ay de ellos! porque han seguido el camino de Caín, y se lanzaron en el error de Balaam por recompensa, y perecieron en la contradicción de Coré.

Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.

Woe to them! For they went in the way of Cain, and ran riotously in the error of Balaam for hire, and perished in Korah’s rebellion.

Costoro son delle macchie nelle vostre agapi quando banchettano con voi senza ritegno, pascendo se stessi; nuvole senz’acqua, portate qua e là dai venti; alberi d’autunno senza frutti, due volte morti, sradicati;

Estos son manchas en vuestros convites, que banquetean juntamente, apacentándose á sí mismos sin temor alguno: nubes sin agua, las cuales son llevadas de acá para allá de los vientos: árboles marchitos como en otoño, sin fruto, dos veces muertos y desarraigados;

These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

These are hidden rocky reefs in your love feasts when they feast with you, shepherds who without fear feed themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;

furiose onde del mare, schiumanti la lor bruttura; stelle erranti, a cui è riserbata la caligine delle tenebre in eterno.

Fieras ondas de la mar, que espuman sus mismas abominaciones; estrellas erráticas, á las cuales es reservada eternalmente la oscuridad de las tinieblas.

Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

Per loro pure profetizzò Enoc, il settimo da Adamo, dicendo: Ecco, il Signore è venuto con le sue sante miriadi per fare giudicio contro tutti,

De los cuales también profetizó Enoc, séptimo desde Adam, diciendo: He aquí, el Señor es venido con sus santos millares,

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

About these also Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, “Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his holy ones,

e per convincere tutti gli empi di tutte le opere d’empietà che hanno empiamente commesse, e di tutti gli insulti che gli empi peccatori hanno proferiti contro di lui.

A hacer juicio contra todos, y á convencer á todos los impíos de entre ellos tocante á todas sus obras de impiedad que han hecho impíamente, y á todas las cosas duras que los pecadores impíos han hablado contra él.

To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

to execute judgment on all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their works of ungodliness which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the hard things which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”

Costoro son mormoratori, querimoniosi; camminano secondo le loro concupiscenze; la loro bocca proferisce cose sopra modo gonfie, e circondano d’ammirazione le persone per motivi interessati.

Estos son murmuradores, querellosos, andando según sus deseos; y su boca habla cosas soberbias, teniendo en admiración las personas por causa del provecho.

These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage.

These are murmurers and complainers, walking after their lusts—and their mouth speaks proud things—showing respect of persons to gain advantage.

Ma voi, diletti, ricordatevi delle parole dette innanzi dagli apostoli del Signor nostro Gesù Cristo;

Mas vosotros, amados, tened memoria de las palabras que antes han sido dichas por los apóstoles de nuestro Señor Jesucristo;

But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;

But you, beloved, remember the words which have been spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ.

com’essi vi dicevano: Nell’ultimo tempo vi saranno degli schernitori che cammineranno secondo le loro empie concupiscenze.

Como os decían: Que en el postrer tiempo habría burladores, que andarían según sus malvados deseos.

How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.

They said to you, “In the last time there will be mockers, walking after their own ungodly lusts.”

Costoro son quelli che provocano le divisioni, gente sensuale, che non ha lo Spirito.

Estos son los que hacen divisiones, sensuales, no teniendo el Espíritu.

These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

These are those who cause divisions and are sensual, not having the Spirit.

Ma voi, diletti, edificando voi stessi sulla vostra santissima fede, pregando mediante lo Spirito Santo,

Mas vosotros, oh amados, edificándoos sobre vuestra santísima fe, orando por el Espíritu Santo,

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

But you, beloved, keep building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit.

conservatevi nell’amor di Dio, aspettando la misericordia del Signor nostro Gesù Cristo per aver la vita eterna.

Conservaos en el amor de Dios, esperando la misericordia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, para vida eterna.

Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

Keep yourselves in God’s love, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life.

E abbiate pietà degli uni che sono nel dubbio;

Y recibid á los unos en piedad, discerniendo:

And of some have compassion, making a difference:

On some have compassion, making a distinction,

salvateli, strappandoli dal fuoco; e degli altri abbiate pietà mista a timore, odiando perfino la veste macchiata dalla carne.

Mas haced salvos á los otros por temor, arrebatándolos del fuego; aborreciendo aun la ropa que es contaminada de la carne.

And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

and some save, snatching them out of the fire with fear, hating even the clothing stained by the flesh.

Or a Colui che è potente da preservarvi da ogni caduta e da farvi comparire davanti alla sua gloria irreprensibili, con giubilo,

A aquel, pues, que es poderoso para guardaros sin caída, y presentaros delante de su gloria irreprensibles, con grande alegría,

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

Now to him who is able to keep them from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory in great joy,

all’Iddio unico, Salvator nostro per mezzo di Gesù Cristo nostro Signore, siano gloria, maestà, forza e potestà, da ogni eternità, ora e per tutti i secoli. Amen.

Al Dios solo sabio, nuestro Salvador, sea gloria y magnificencia, imperio y potencia, ahora y en todos los siglos. Amén.

To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
