Mas agora sua aparência se escureceu mais que o carvão; não são mais reconhecidos nas ruas; sua pele está apegada a seus ossos, ficou seca como um pau.

Oscura más que la negrura es la forma de ellos; no los conocen por las calles: su piel está pegada á sus huesos, seca como un palo.

Their visage is blacker than a coal; they are not known in the streets: their skin cleaveth to their bones; it is withered, it is become like a stick.
