Levítico 11

Tel le lièvre, qui rumine, mais qui n`a pas la corne divisée : il sera impur pour vous.

Asimismo la liebre, porque rumia, mas no tiene pezuña, tendréisla por inmunda;

And the hare, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he is unclean unto you.

The hare, because it chews the cud but doesn’t have a parted hoof, is unclean to you.
