El Señor le dio a Moisés las siguientes instrucciones
Y HABLÓ Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:

acerca de la persona que se cura de alguna infección cutánea, de modo que es declarada pura: «La persona que estuvo infectada será llevada ante el sacerdote,
Esta será la ley del leproso cuando se limpiare: Será traído al sacerdote:
This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought unto the priest:
“This shall be the law of the leper in the day of his cleansing: He shall be brought to the priest,
para ser examinada. El sacerdote saldrá al campo para examinarla. Si ve que la infección ha desaparecido,
Y el sacerdote saldrá fuera del real; y mirará el sacerdote, y viendo que está sana la plaga de la lepra del leproso,
And the priest shall go forth out of the camp; and the priest shall look, and, behold, if the plague of leprosy be healed in the leper;
and the priest shall go out of the camp. The priest shall examine him. Behold, if the plague of leprosy is healed in the leper,
pedirá que le traigan dos avecillas vivas y puras, madera de cedro, una cinta roja y una rama de hisopo.
El sacerdote mandará luego que se tomen para el que se purifica dos avecillas vivas, limpias, y palo de cedro, y grana, é hisopo;
Then shall the priest command to take for him that is to be cleansed two birds alive and clean, and cedar wood, and scarlet, and hyssop:

Luego, el sacerdote ordenará que una de las aves sea degollada sobre una vasija de barro llena de agua pura.
Y mandará el sacerdote matar la una avecilla en un vaso de barro sobre aguas vivas;
And the priest shall command that one of the birds be killed in an earthen vessel over running water:

Después tomará la otra avecilla, es decir, la que está viva, la mojará en la sangre junto con la madera de cedro, la cinta roja y el hisopo.
Después tomará la avecilla viva, y el palo de cedro, y la grana, y el hisopo, y lo mojará con la avecilla viva en la sangre de la avecilla muerta sobre las aguas vivas:
As for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water:

A continuación, el sacerdote rociará siete veces la sangre sobre la persona que fue curada, la declarará limpia, y dejará libre el ave para que vuele hacia el campo.
Y rociará siete veces sobre el que se purifica de la lepra, y le dará por limpio; y soltará la avecilla viva sobre la haz del campo.
And he shall sprinkle upon him that is to be cleansed from the leprosy seven times, and shall pronounce him clean, and shall let the living bird loose into the open field.

»Enseguida la persona curada lavará su ropa, se rapará el pelo, se bañará y volverá a vivir en el campamento. Sin embargo, deberá permanecer fuera de su carpa durante siete días.
Y el que se purifica lavará sus vestidos, y raerá todos sus pelos, y se ha de lavar con agua, y será limpio: y después entrará en el real, y morará fuera de su tienda siete días.
And he that is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shave off all his hair, and wash himself in water, that he may be clean: and after that he shall come into the camp, and shall tarry abroad out of his tent seven days.
“He who is to be cleansed shall wash his clothes, and shave off all his hair, and bathe himself in water; and he shall be clean. After that he shall come into the camp, but shall dwell outside his tent seven days.
Al séptimo día volverá a afeitarse la cabeza, la barba y las cejas, lavará su ropa y se bañará, y después esa persona será declarada completamente curada, y será declarada definitivamente limpia.
Y será, que al séptimo día raerá todos sus pelos, su cabeza, y su barba, y las cejas de sus ojos; finalmente, raerá todo su pelo, y lavará sus vestidos, y lavará su carne en aguas, y será limpio.
But it shall be on the seventh day, that he shall shave all his hair off his head and his beard and his eyebrows, even all his hair he shall shave off: and he shall wash his clothes, also he shall wash his flesh in water, and he shall be clean.

»Al día siguiente, es decir, al octavo día, tomará dos corderos sin defectos y una cordera de un año sin defectos, seis kilos de harina de la mejor calidad mezclada con aceite de oliva, y un tercio de litro de aceite de oliva.
Y el día octavo tomará dos corderos sin defecto, y una cordera de un año sin tacha; y tres décimas de flor de harina para presente, amasada con aceite, y un log de aceite.
And on the eighth day he shall take two he lambs without blemish, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish, and three tenth deals of fine flour for a meat offering, mingled with oil, and one log of oil.
“On the eighth day he shall take two male lambs without defect, one ewe lamb a year old without defect, three tenths of an ephah of fine flour for a meal offering, mixed with oil, and one log of oil.
Entonces el sacerdote que realiza la purificación presentará a la persona y su ofrenda delante del Señor, a la entrada del santuario.
Y el sacerdote que le purifica presentará con aquellas cosas al que se ha de limpiar delante de Jehová, á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio:
And the priest that maketh him clean shall present the man that is to be made clean, and those things, before the LORD, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
The priest who cleanses him shall set the man who is to be cleansed, and those things, before the LORD, at the door of the Tent of Meeting.
El sacerdote tomará uno de los corderos y el tercio del litro de aceite de oliva y lo ofrecerá al Señor como ofrenda por la culpa, meciéndolos delante del altar.
Y tomará el sacerdote el un cordero, y ofrecerálo por la culpa, con el log de aceite, y lo mecerá como ofrenda agitada delante de Jehová:
And the priest shall take one he lamb, and offer him for a trespass offering, and the log of oil, and wave them for a wave offering before the LORD:
“The priest shall take one of the male lambs, and offer him for a trespass offering, with the log of oil, and wave them for a wave offering before the LORD.
Enseguida, matará el cordero en el lugar en que se degüellan los animales que se ofrecen por el pecado y los animales de los holocaustos. Esta ofrenda por la culpa será entregada al sacerdote para su alimento, tal como se hace con una ofrenda por el pecado. Es una ofrenda santísima.
Y degollará el cordero en el lugar donde degüellan la víctima por el pecado y el holocausto, en el lugar del santuario: porque como la víctima por el pecado, así también la víctima por la culpa es del sacerdote: es cosa muy sagrada.
And he shall slay the lamb in the place where he shall kill the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the holy place: for as the sin offering is the priest’s, so is the trespass offering: it is most holy:
He shall kill the male lamb in the place where they kill the sin offering and the burnt offering, in the place of the sanctuary; for as the sin offering is the priest’s, so is the trespass offering. It is most holy.
El sacerdote tomará sangre del animal sacrificado por la culpa y la untará en el lóbulo de la oreja derecha, sobre el pulgar de la mano derecha y en el dedo gordo del pie derecho de la persona que se está purificando.
Y tomará el sacerdote de la sangre de la víctima por la culpa, y pondrá el sacerdote sobre la ternilla de la oreja derecha del que se purifica, y sobre el pulgar de su mano derecha, y sobre el pulgar de su pie derecho.
And the priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and the priest shall put it upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot:
The priest shall take some of the blood of the trespass offering, and the priest shall put it on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.
A continuación, el sacerdote tomará aceite de oliva y lo derramará en la palma de su mano izquierda,
Asimismo tomará el sacerdote del log de aceite, y echará sobre la palma de su mano izquierda:
And the priest shall take some of the log of oil, and pour it into the palm of his own left hand:

se mojará el índice derecho y rociará siete veces delante del Señor.
Y mojará su dedo derecho en el aceite que tiene en su mano izquierda, y esparcirá del aceite con su dedo siete veces delante de Jehová:
And the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand, and shall sprinkle of the oil with his finger seven times before the LORD:

Del aceite que le quede en la mano, el sacerdote untará un poco en el lóbulo de la oreja derecha, en el pulgar de la mano derecha y en el dedo gordo del pie derecho de la persona que se está purificando, de la misma manera que lo hizo con la sangre de la ofrenda por la culpa.
Y de lo que quedare del aceite que tiene en su mano, pondrá el sacerdote sobre la ternilla de la oreja derecha del que se purifica, y sobre el pulgar de su mano derecha, y sobre el pulgar de su pie derecho, sobre la sangre de la expiación por la culpa:
And of the rest of the oil that is in his hand shall the priest put upon the tip of the right ear of him that is to be cleansed, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot, upon the blood of the trespass offering:
The priest shall put some of the rest of the oil that is in his hand on the tip of the right ear of him who is to be cleansed, and on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot, upon the blood of the trespass offering.
El resto del aceite lo usará para ungir a la persona en la cabeza. De esta manera el sacerdote pedirá al Señor el perdón para aquella persona.
Y lo que quedare del aceite que tiene en su mano, pondrá sobre la cabeza del que se purifica: y hará el sacerdote expiación por él delante de Jehová.
And the remnant of the oil that is in the priest’s hand he shall pour upon the head of him that is to be cleansed: and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD.
The rest of the oil that is in the priest’s hand he shall put on the head of him who is to be cleansed, and the priest shall make atonement for him before the LORD.
El sacerdote deberá presentar la ofrenda por el pecado y realizar el rito de la expiación por la persona que se está purificando de la infección; acto seguido degollará el cordero para el holocausto,
Ofrecerá luego el sacerdote el sacrificio por el pecado, y hará expiación por el que se ha de purificar de su inmundicia, y después degollará el holocausto:
And the priest shall offer the sin offering, and make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed from his uncleanness; and afterward he shall kill the burnt offering:
“The priest shall offer the sin offering, and make atonement for him who is to be cleansed because of his uncleanness. Afterward he shall kill the burnt offering;
y lo presentará con la ofrenda de harina sobre el altar, y hará expiación por esa persona, y la declarará completamente purificada.
Y hará subir el sacerdote el holocausto y el presente sobre el altar. Así hará el sacerdote expiación por él, y será limpio.
And the priest shall offer the burnt offering and the meat offering upon the altar: and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and he shall be clean.

»En caso de que quien se purifica fuera tan pobre que no pudiera comprar dos corderos, presentará solamente uno, el cordero para la ofrenda por la culpa, el cual será ofrecido al Señor, meciéndolo delante del altar, y además presentará sólo dos kilos de harina de la mejor calidad amasada con aceite de oliva, y un cuarto de litro de aceite de oliva.
Mas si fuere pobre, que no alcanzare su mano á tanto, entonces tomará un cordero para ser ofrecido como ofrenda agitada por la culpa, para reconciliarse, y una décima de flor de harina amasada con aceite para presente, y un log de aceite;
And if he be poor, and cannot get so much; then he shall take one lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make an atonement for him, and one tenth deal of fine flour mingled with oil for a meat offering, and a log of oil;
“If he is poor, and can’t afford so much, then he shall take one male lamb for a trespass offering to be waved, to make atonement for him, and one tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil for a meal offering, and a log of oil;
Además, llevará, según sus posibilidades, dos tórtolas o dos pichones de paloma, y usará una de ellas como ofrenda por su pecado y la otra como holocausto.
Y dos tórtolas, ó dos palominos, lo que alcanzare su mano: y el uno será para expiación por el pecado, y el otro para holocausto;
And two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, such as he is able to get; and the one shall be a sin offering, and the other a burnt offering.

Llevará los animales al sacerdote a la entrada del santuario, al octavo día, para realizar su ceremonia de purificación delante del Señor.
Las cuales cosas traerá al octavo día de su purificación al sacerdote, á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio delante de Jehová.
And he shall bring them on the eighth day for his cleansing unto the priest, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, before the LORD.

El sacerdote tomará el cordero para la ofrenda por la culpa, y el cuarto del litro de aceite y los mecerá delante del altar y los ofrecerá al Señor.

Enseguida degollará el cordero y pondrá sangre en el lóbulo de la oreja derecha, en el pulgar de la mano derecha y en el dedo gordo del pie derecho de quien se está purificando.
Luego degollará el cordero de la culpa, y tomará el sacerdote de la sangre de la culpa, y pondrá sobre la ternilla de la oreja derecha del que se purifica, y sobre el pulgar de su mano derecha, y sobre el pulgar de su pie derecho.

Luego, el sacerdote derramará aceite de oliva en la palma de su mano izquierda,

y con el índice de la mano derecha rociará siete veces delante del Señor.

A continuación, de su mano tomará aceite de oliva y lo untará en el lóbulo de la oreja derecha, en el pulgar de la mano derecha y en el dedo gordo del pie derecho de quien se está purificando, de la misma manera que lo hizo con la sangre de la ofrenda por la culpa.

El resto del aceite que tiene en la mano lo pondrá sobre la cabeza de la persona que se está purificando, para hacer expiación por ella delante del Señor.
Y lo que sobrare del aceite que el sacerdote tiene en su mano, pondrálo sobre la cabeza del que se purifica, para reconciliarlo delante de Jehová.
And the rest of the oil that is in the priest’s hand he shall put upon the head of him that is to be cleansed, to make an atonement for him before the LORD.

Después de esto, deberá ofrecer las dos tórtolas o los dos pichones de paloma, según lo que la persona haya podido conseguir.
Asimismo ofrecerá la una de las tórtolas, ó de los palominos, lo que alcanzare su mano:
And he shall offer the one of the turtledoves, or of the young pigeons, such as he can get;

Una de las aves será para la ofrenda por el pecado y la otra para el holocausto, junto con la ofrenda de harina; y el sacerdote hará expiación por aquella persona delante del Señor.
El uno de lo que alcanzare su mano, en expiación por el pecado, y el otro en holocausto, además del presente: y hará el sacerdote expiación por el que se ha de purificar, delante de Jehová.
Even such as he is able to get, the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, with the meat offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for him that is to be cleansed before the LORD.

»Estas, pues, son las leyes acerca de las personas pobres que se purifican de alguna infección cutánea, y que no pueden presentar los sacrificios normalmente requeridos para su purificación».
Esta es la ley del que hubiere tenido plaga de lepra, cuya mano no alcanzare lo prescrito para purificarse.
This is the law of him in whom is the plague of leprosy, whose hand is not able to get that which pertaineth to his cleansing.

Entonces el Señor les dijo a Moisés y Aarón: «Cuando lleguen a la tierra de Canaán, que yo les he dado, si ven que aparecen hongos o moho en las paredes de una casa,
Y habló Jehová á Moisés y á Aarón, diciendo:

Cuando hubieres entrado en la tierra de Canaán, la cual yo os doy en posesión, y pusiere yo plaga de lepra en alguna casa de la tierra de vuestra posesión,
When ye be come into the land of Canaan, which I give to you for a possession, and I put the plague of leprosy in a house of the land of your possession;
“When you have come into the land of Canaan, which I give to you for a possession, and I put a spreading mildew in a house in the land of your possession,
el propietario acudirá al sacerdote para informarle, diciéndole: “En mi casa han aparecido unas manchas”.
Vendrá aquél cuya fuere la casa, y dará aviso al sacerdote, diciendo: Como plaga ha aparecido en mi casa.
And he that owneth the house shall come and tell the priest, saying, It seemeth to me there is as it were a plague in the house:
then he who owns the house shall come and tell the priest, saying, ‘There seems to me to be some sort of plague in the house.’
El sacerdote ordenará que se desocupe la casa antes de examinarla, para que no se declaren impuras las cosas, en caso de que llegue a la conclusión de que la casa está contaminada.
Entonces mandará el sacerdote, y despejarán la casa antes que el sacerdote entre á mirar la plaga, porque no sea contaminado todo lo que estuviere en la casa: y después el sacerdote entrará á reconocer la casa:
Then the priest shall command that they empty the house, before the priest go into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made unclean: and afterward the priest shall go in to see the house:

Si encuentra manchas verdosas o rojizas en las paredes de la casa, y que al parecer no son superficiales,
Y mirará la plaga: y si se vieren manchas en las paredes de la casa, cavernillas verdosas ó rojas, las cuales parecieren más hundidas que la pared,
And he shall look on the plague, and, behold, if the plague be in the walls of the house with hollow strakes, greenish or reddish, which in sight are lower than the wall;
He shall examine the plague; and behold, if the plague is in the walls of the house with hollow streaks, greenish or reddish, and it appears to be deeper than the wall,
cerrará la casa por siete días.
El sacerdote saldrá de la casa á la puerta de ella, y cerrará la casa por siete días.
Then the priest shall go out of the house to the door of the house, and shut up the house seven days:

Regresará el día séptimo para examinarla nuevamente. Si las manchas se han esparcido por las paredes,

el sacerdote ordenará que se quiten las piedras que están manchadas. El material sacado será arrojado en un lugar impuro, fuera de la ciudad.
Entonces mandará el sacerdote, y arrancarán las piedras en que estuviere la plaga, y las echarán fuera de la ciudad, en lugar inmundo:
Then the priest shall command that they take away the stones in which the plague is, and they shall cast them into an unclean place without the city:
then the priest shall command that they take out the stones in which is the plague, and cast them into an unclean place outside of the city.
Luego ordenará que raspen las paredes de la casa en forma completa y que arrojen el polvo que salga en un lugar impuro, fuera de la ciudad.
Y hará descostrar la casa por dentro alrededor, y derramarán el polvo que descostraren, fuera de la ciudad en lugar inmundo:
And he shall cause the house to be scraped within round about, and they shall pour out the dust that they scrape off without the city into an unclean place:
He shall cause the inside of the house to be scraped all over. They shall pour out the mortar that they scraped off outside of the city into an unclean place.
En el lugar donde estaban las manchas, colocarán piedras nuevas, usando nueva mezcla para pegarlas, y toda la casa será resanada con material nuevo.
Y tomarán otras piedras, y las pondrán en lugar de las piedras quitadas; y tomarán otro barro, y encostrarán la casa.
And they shall take other stones, and put them in the place of those stones; and he shall take other morter, and shall plaister the house.

»Pero si la mancha aparece nuevamente,
Y si la plaga volviere á reverdecer en aquella casa, después que hizo arrancar las piedras, y descostrar la casa, y después que fué encostrada,
And if the plague come again, and break out in the house, after that he hath taken away the stones, and after he hath scraped the house, and after it is plaistered;
“If the plague comes again, and breaks out in the house after he has taken out the stones, and after he has scraped the house, and after it was plastered,
el sacerdote irá a examinarla, y si ve que se ha extendido, declarará que la casa es impura por tener un hongo maligno.
Entonces el sacerdote entrará y mirará; y si pareciere haberse extendido la plaga en la casa, lepra roedora está en la casa: inmunda es.
Then the priest shall come and look, and, behold, if the plague be spread in the house, it is a fretting leprosy in the house: it is unclean.

Acto seguido ordenará la destrucción de la casa, y todos los materiales: piedras, madera y todo el polvo, serán llevados fuera de la ciudad, a un lugar impuro.
Derribará, por tanto, la tal casa, sus piedras, y sus maderos, y toda la mezcla de la casa; y lo sacará fuera de la ciudad á lugar inmundo.
And he shall break down the house, the stones of it, and the timber thereof, and all the morter of the house; and he shall carry them forth out of the city into an unclean place.

»Cualquier persona que entre en la casa mientras está cerrada, quedará impura hasta el anochecer.
Y cualquiera que entrare en aquella casa todos los días que la mandó cerrar, será inmundo hasta la tarde.
Moreover he that goeth into the house all the while that it is shut up shall be unclean until the even.
“Moreover he who goes into the house while it is shut up shall be unclean until the evening.
Cualquiera que se acueste o coma en la casa deberá lavar su ropa.
Y el que durmiere en aquella casa, lavará sus vestidos; también el que comiere en la casa, lavará sus vestidos.
