1Und Jehova redete zu Mose und sprach:
2Rede zu Aaron und zu seinen Söhnen und zu allen Kindern Israel und sprich zu ihnen: Dies ist es, was Jehova geboten und gesagt hat:
3Jedermann aus dem Hause Israel, der ein Rind oder ein Schaf oder eine Ziege im Lager schlachtet, oder der außerhalb des Lagers schlachtet,
4und es nicht an den Eingang des Zeltes der Zusammenkunft gebracht hat, um es Jehova als Opfergabe darzubringen vor der Wohnung Jehovas, selbigem Manne soll Blut zugerechnet werden: Blut hat er vergossen, und selbiger Mann soll ausgerottet werden aus der Mitte seines Volkes;
5auf daß die Kinder Israel ihre Schlachtopfer bringen, die sie auf freiem Felde schlachten, daß sie sie Jehova bringen an den Eingang des Zeltes der Zusammenkunft zu dem Priester und sie als Friedensopfer dem Jehova schlachten.
6Und der Priester soll das Blut an den Altar Jehovas sprengen vor dem Eingang des Zeltes der Zusammenkunft und das Fett räuchern zum lieblichen Geruch dem Jehova.
7Und sie sollen nicht mehr ihre Schlachtopfer den Dämonen schlachten, denen sie nachhuren. Das soll ihnen eine ewige Satzung sein bei ihren Geschlechtern.
8Und du sollst zu ihnen sagen: Jedermann aus dem Hause Israel und von den Fremdlingen, die in ihrer Mitte weilen, der ein Brandopfer oder Schlachtopfer opfert
9und es nicht an den Eingang des Zeltes der Zusammenkunft bringt, um es Jehova zu opfern, selbiger Mann soll ausgerottet werden aus seinen Völkern.
10Und jedermann aus dem Hause Israel und von den Fremdlingen, die in ihrer Mitte weilen, der irgend Blut essen wird, wider die Seele, die das Blut isset, werde ich mein Angesicht richten und sie ausrotten aus der Mitte ihres Volkes.
11Denn die Seele des Fleisches ist im Blute, und ich habe es euch auf den Altar gegeben, um Sühnung zu tun für eure Seelen; denn das Blut ist es, welches Sühnung tut durch die Seele.
12Darum habe ich zu den Kindern Israel gesagt: Niemand von euch soll Blut essen; auch der Fremdling, der in eurer Mitte weilt, soll nicht Blut essen.
13Und jedermann von den Kindern Israel und von den Fremdlingen, die in eurer Mitte weilen, der ein Wildbret oder einen Vogel erjagt, die gegessen werden, soll ihr Blut ausfließen lassen und es mit Erde bedecken.
14Denn die Seele alles Fleisches: sein Blut, das ist seine Seele; und ich habe zu den Kindern Israel gesagt: Das Blut irgend welches Fleisches sollt ihr nicht essen, denn die Seele alles Fleisches ist sein Blut; jeder, der es isset, soll ausgerottet werden. -
15Und jeder, der ein Aas oder Zerrissenes isset, er sei Eingeborener oder Fremdling, der soll seine Kleider waschen und sich im Wasser baden, und er wird unrein sein bis an den Abend; dann wird er rein sein.
16Und wenn er sie nicht wäscht und sein Fleisch nicht badet, so wird er seine Ungerechtigkeit tragen.

1Y HABLÓ Jehová á Moisés, diciendo:
2Habla á Aarón y á sus hijos, y á todos los hijos de Israel, y diles: Esto es lo que ha mandado Jehová, diciendo:
3Cualquier varón de la casa de Israel que degollare buey, ó cordero, ó cabra, en el real, ó fuera del real,
4Y no lo trajere á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, para ofrecer ofrenda á Jehová delante del tabernáculo de Jehová, sangre será imputada al tal varón: sangre derramó; cortado será el tal varón de entre su pueblo:
5A fin de que traigan los hijos de Israel sus sacrificios, los que sacrifican sobre la haz del campo, para que los traigan á Jehová á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio al sacerdote, y sacrifiquen ellos sacrificios de paces á Jehová.
6Y el sacerdote esparcirá la sangre sobre el altar de Jehová, á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, y quemará el sebo en olor de suavidad á Jehová.
7Y nunca más sacrificarán sus sacrificios á los demonios, tras de los cuales han fornicado: tendrán esto por estatuto perpetuo por sus edades.
8Les dirás también: Cualquier varón de la casa de Israel, ó de los extranjeros que peregrinan entre vosotros, que ofreciere holocausto ó sacrificio,
9Y no lo trajere á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, para hacerlo á Jehová, el tal varón será igualmente cortado de sus pueblos.
10Y cualquier varón de la casa de Israel, ó de los extranjeros que peregrinan entre ellos, que comiere alguna sangre, yo pondré mi rostro contra la persona que comiere sangre, y le cortaré de entre su pueblo.
11Porque la vida de la carne en la sangre está: y yo os la he dado para expiar vuestras personas sobre el altar: por lo cual la misma sangre expiará la persona.
12Por tanto, he dicho á los hijos de Israel: Ninguna persona de vosotros comerá sangre, ni el extranjero que peregrina entre vosotros comerá sangre.
13Y cualquier varón de los hijos de Israel, ó de los extranjeros que peregrinan entre ellos, que cogiere caza de animal ó de ave que sea de comer, derramará su sangre y cubrirála con tierra:
14Porque el alma de toda carne, su vida, está en su sangre: por tanto he dicho á los hijos de Israel: No comeréis la sangre de ninguna carne, porque la vida de toda carne es su sangre: cualquiera que la comiere será cortado.
15Y cualquiera persona que comiere cosa mortecina, ó despedazada por fiera, así de los naturales como de los extranjeros, lavará sus vestidos y á sí mismo se lavará con agua, y será inmundo hasta la tarde; y se limpiará.
16Y si no los lavare, ni lavare su carne, llevará su iniquidad.

1And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
2Speak unto Aaron, and unto his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them; This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded, saying,
3What man soever there be of the house of Israel, that killeth an ox, or lamb, or goat, in the camp, or that killeth it out of the camp,
4And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer an offering unto the LORD before the tabernacle of the LORD; blood shall be imputed unto that man; he hath shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people:
5To the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they offer in the open field, even that they may bring them unto the LORD, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest, and offer them for peace offerings unto the LORD.
6And the priest shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar of the LORD at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and burn the fat for a sweet savour unto the LORD.
7And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute for ever unto them throughout their generations.
8And thou shalt say unto them, Whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers which sojourn among you, that offereth a burnt offering or sacrifice,
9And bringeth it not unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to offer it unto the LORD; even that man shall be cut off from among his people.
10And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
11For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
12Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood.
13And whatsoever man there be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunteth and catcheth any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust.
14For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life thereof: therefore I said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood thereof: whosoever eateth it shall be cut off.
15And every soul that eateth that which died of itself, or that which was torn with beasts, whether it be one of your own country, or a stranger, he shall both wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the even: then shall he be clean.
16But if he wash them not, nor bathe his flesh; then he shall bear his iniquity.
World English Bible
1The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
2“Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘This is the thing which the LORD has commanded:
3Whatever man there is of the house of Israel who kills a bull, or lamb, or goat in the camp, or who kills it outside the camp,
4and hasn’t brought it to the door of the Tent of Meeting to offer it as an offering to the LORD before the LORD’s tabernacle: blood shall be imputed to that man. He has shed blood. That man shall be cut off from among his people.
5This is to the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they sacrifice in the open field, that they may bring them to the LORD, to the door of the Tent of Meeting, to the priest, and sacrifice them for sacrifices of peace offerings to the LORD.
6The priest shall sprinkle the blood on the LORD’s altar at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and burn the fat for a pleasant aroma to the LORD.
7They shall no more sacrifice their sacrifices to the goat idols, after which they play the prostitute. This shall be a statute forever to them throughout their generations.’
8“You shall say to them, ‘Any man there is of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,
9and doesn’t bring it to the door of the Tent of Meeting to sacrifice it to the LORD, that man shall be cut off from his people.
10“‘Any man of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who eats any kind of blood, I will set my face against that soul who eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people.
11For the life of the flesh is in the blood. I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement by reason of the life.
12Therefore I have said to the children of Israel, “No person among you may eat blood, nor may any stranger who lives as a foreigner among you eat blood.”
13“‘Whatever man there is of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who takes in hunting any animal or bird that may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood, and cover it with dust.
14For as to the life of all flesh, its blood is with its life. Therefore I said to the children of Israel, “You shall not eat the blood of any kind of flesh; for the life of all flesh is its blood. Whoever eats it shall be cut off.”
15“‘Every person that eats what dies of itself, or that which is torn by animals, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening. Then he shall be clean.
16But if he doesn’t wash them, or bathe his flesh, then he shall bear his iniquity.’”
